There's another incident of another buff that is also endlessly stacking. Please PM Zwillinger with the information. Depending on the buff, it's an exploit that shouldn't be made public.

Yes, some did point this out in BETA. They were either attacked/shouted down by the vocal hardcore end boss camp or ignored by the devs who made the encounter harder when 3-4 "special" people begged them to do so. POUND SAND the rest of the majority of COX players, our "special" group of players has demanded a tougher encounter for ALL.

We have aberrant game-play rather than a feasible means of unlocking the new slot. We need some other means. We have scads of trials that are now obsolete, because they won't grants any of the new iXP.
When will this change?
I remember folks farming the road outside Lambda for iXP and resetting without completing the Trial. -

Such psionic melee powers are not available to players. But new powers on NPCs often foreshadow what players will get in the future. Devs like to leverage resources for several purposes. Very cost effective.

- 2 High Damage Ranged ST Attacks
- 1 ST Hold
- 2 PBAoE Click High and Moderage Damage Auras with mezzes and KU
- 2 ST Psy Blade Melee Attacks (High and Mod Damage)
- A pet
- Auto Shield of increased Psy Def and Resist
These are all Psy powers. -

Stopped the download and tried again, the error is "Can't create a file when that file already exists.", it says I'll have to repair, the repair ran and started the download again, since I'd already downloaded some I guess its lower this time, still 2.5 gigs. Is this happening to anyone else? -
