  1. There's another incident of another buff that is also endlessly stacking. Please PM Zwillinger with the information. Depending on the buff, it's an exploit that shouldn't be made public.

LOL the people dying and complaining to the point where on the first day people are farming the trial solely for xp and skipping the entire Tyrant encounter. Guess they were right to skip such a poorly put together encounter and not have to worry about being rooted or lagged to death anymore. YMMV.
The power used against you doesn't root you. Could you provide a quote of someone who said it did, cause it sounds like you're just making stuff up at this point.

POUND SAND the rest of the majority of COX players, our "special" group of players has demanded a tougher encounter for ALL.
    That characterization is not accurate.

We have aberrant game-play rather than a feasible means of unlocking the new slot. We need some other means. We have scads of trials that are now obsolete, because they won't grants any of the new iXP.

    When will this change?
    Eventually.

I remember folks farming the road outside Lambda for iXP and resetting without completing the Trial.

There's no need to lure. You're nigh indestructible. Wade into the foes and tab-follow-S.T.Attack, repeat. It's still tedious, but a little faster when you're not pulling one by one.

It's either Psionic Blade or Psionic Thrust.
You create a blade of crystalline psionic energy around your hand...
Such psionic melee powers are not available to players. But new powers on NPCs often foreshadow what players will get in the future. Devs like to leverage resources for several purposes. Very cost effective.

That was the players' fault. You get a 5 second warning for each lightning strike "Air crackles...". If people run then the strikes are spread out and away from Tyrant and then everyone rushes back in to attack. No one dies. Tyrant doesn't heal. Strikes don't stack and insta-gank anyone.

Actually, it's origin is better expressed as the "don't make us uncomfortable at how you're getting aroused posting nearly soft-core pics from your vast digital library of what's supposed to be very personal perusals" rule. Also known as the "no who-you'd-do pics" rule.
  10. Ummm... that's just the Panther being stealthy!
  11. Penny has:
    • 2 High Damage Ranged ST Attacks
    • 1 ST Hold
    • 2 PBAoE Click High and Moderage Damage Auras with mezzes and KU
    • 2 ST Psy Blade Melee Attacks (High and Mod Damage)
    • A pet
    • Auto Shield of increased Psy Def and Resist

    These are all Psy powers.

By 'restarting', do you mean the program or the computer? I mean restarting the computer. If you did that and it's picking up where it left off, then just let it run.

Check the OP's links in his sig, too.

Stopped the download and tried again, the error is "Can't create a file when that file already exists.", it says I'll have to repair, the repair ran and started the download again, since I'd already downloaded some I guess its lower this time, still 2.5 gigs. Is this happening to anyone else?
Reboot computer and try again. Patcher doesn't like it if there is a copy running or failed to unload.

None are needed for a power like the Accolade Powers. So, just how many of your toons are trying to collect all the badges? If you have 30 alts, are you trying for all the badges on every one of them? Most badgers have just one toon they use for a complete collection.

    • Statesman's Pal will now only be rewarded through the flashback, "A Hero's Hero"
    • Positron's Pal will be awarded through running the current Maria Jenkin's arc, or the arc, "A Hero's Epic"
    • Sister Psyche's Comrade will now only be rewarded by running Sister Psyche's arc through flashback
    • The Task Force Commander accolade can be achieved by having either Sister Psyche's Comrade or Penelope Yin's Friend
    • The version of Adamastor encountered in the Portal Corp. missions will now award the Keeper of Secrets badge.

  17. And you thought Statesman was crotchless.

    Moral: Steroids are bad.

I wasn't referring to the length of downtime for the update. I was referring to their possible nuking of the forum altogether. They have a checkered history....

Plus, they'll likely publish at the same time I24's Feature page.

As per today's Ustream: No. Retro Sci-Fi will be released sometime in June other than Thursday's Issue publication. It's obviously slated for one of the Tuesday Market releases.

Ohhhh... you wanna be 'social.' Well, I have a great idea for that: Using Friends to craft! See, you make some of the salvage needed for recipes only available from asking people in your Friends list to send you that salvage.
  24. People keep saying that Fox or some other studio own rights to characters we haven't seen yet in movies... I highly doubt that. I believe they have the rights to the ones they've used already and the rest have gone to Disney.

Use or lose. Didn't use? You lose.
