If we are talking 1v1 I would say My controller would take Regen any day over SR, saying that its the exact opposit for my Blaster who laughs at SR even when Elude is up.

Dont have an opinion about SR v Regen in team battles cause I've not got the experiance fighting more than 1v1.

1)Does siphon speed give -speed and -recharge cause the description says no -recharge and hero planner says yes.

2)Does the +jump in IR negate the -jump on powers such as web grenade?

Tornado's defence debuff is quite large I think, and I usualy stick 1 defdebuff in FR but I dont know any numbers for them, tbh I would quite like to know myself

There is only one blaster combo that has owned my Illusion/storm and that was Ice/Nrg (Freon), I've fought almost all other Uber combo's and won even Elec/Elec

What im really trying to say is....go Ice/nrg

EDIT: I had a go at Sonic/nrg and that was really good too, but the sonic animations are to long and after 23 lvls he had to go. Plus I couldn't get to grips with the whole blapper thing maby I'll try again some day.
