also you meet stuff with high acc like those three legged drone type things which i hate cos they hit quite often and they don't fall on the ice patch which annoys me even more!
with hoarfrost and hibernate and greens and purples fighting +2's drone type things was umm ... pretty challenging -

Yes but I'm talking about a controller that's not even level 10, does'nt have more than 2 enhancements in his powers and who is allready capable of handling massive mobs with the help of only 2 powers.
[/ QUOTE ]
Maybe the [ QUOTE ]
popped a shipload of inspirations
[/ QUOTE ] helped a bit ... a lot? -
it's a respec at 50 so CE coming late won't really matter so much.
I know I can email myself but its always nice for people thinking of a build to see what other people have done so you never know this post may be of use to someone else .. then again it might not -
yup. seems to work quite well too.
still feel a little squishy when coming againt the high acc mobs like jaegers though. -
this is just for my refereance so i can do my respec and display this on another computer rather than trying to get my printer working.

I haven't played ARMS for a while and have an out of date hero planner and can't get the other one cos I can't put .net on at work ... but can anyone tell me if this is a viable build? i know it won't be able to dish out much (any) damage

wow, photon seekers that seek, now that is a new idea ;-) -

on my last respec with me ice tank i found quite a few powers i didn't want to take from the primary/secondary pools. perphaps thats just me though.
-
Here's mine, I think it would be a little different than most peoples. I concentrated on the ill set then moved onto the others.
I think I would make/have made a few very minor changes but I am happy with it as it stands. This was something I respec'd into at 50.
EDIT: I swapped manuevers and vengence around rather than taking them in the order below.

I felt like shouting it out yesterday but after checking the build I was glad I didn't. The guy was 39 with no aura (mudpots) or taunt (and didn't have rooted either).
-
never had such a problem myself, don't have deceive either though.
-
I enjoyed playing my ill/emp. I am playing a fire/kin controller atm and that is much busier always somthing to be done. The ill/emp is a bit more chilled.
As far as team friendly went I choose to take the leadership pool instead of AP/Rez/Regeneration (health) aura so I would have more buffs on me -
You'll be keeping an eye on the forums I hope.
-
Gratz MC!
hopefully the next one will be a little quicker ;-) -
[ QUOTE ]
However fly is by far my favourite travel power. None of the other allow you to head to your destination and roll a cigarette or talks to your mates with as much ease.
[/ QUOTE ]
Exactly the reason I like fly too, it may take a little longer but the journey itself is much more chilled. -
Shining shield comes on as default when changing to human, after reading this thread I found the other shields I hardly had time to activate. If there is too much incoming damage then I do change to dwarf as you say.
Also when crashing from lightform all the shields stopped working anyways so they didn't offer much protection there either. -
I've taken the shields out, still kept the shining shield though. I'm currently lvl 38 and hope this will take me the rest of the way. I want to use pulsar and invoke panic to stop the incoming damage a little (that's the plan anyways).
If anyone can see any obvious mistakes please let me know.

i think its one of the reasons I played my PB more, then i got Nova form and didn't want to go back to playing a WS without Nova. I know it don't take that long to get to lvl 6.
Actually can't think of any other reason tbh. -
ok, that is slightly different from the planner then
-
Hello
Anyone know what the recharge time for Lightform is with 3 recharge and hasten?
I'm using the CoH Planner and it is saying it lasts for 120 secs, recharge is 142secs so down time is only 22 secs?
Can anyone confirm this? -
I might get stealth and SS for the two shields, would definatly come in useful now and again.
-
OK, i think three to get to 87.5 on most ... may be more efficent slot wise to put stuff into lightform and leave out the shields. res post link
will have to think about this. the only problem I can see is that I can get rid of 2 of the 3 shields but that won't actually free up any slots for my new attacks.
