Controller for me. I'll be going earth/nature, mostly because I already have enough plants and that earth pretty nice. Earth will allow me to be in or out of the mob and not have to worry about my position affecting my control factor so I can be where ever the nature buffs currently work best.
I'm personally not a fan of 3 PBAoE buffs that each take about 60secs to recharge, at least I think I'm not. Maybe I'll be presently surprised, but I definitely think it will be fun as a whole and should serve as a great addition to the team environment.
---
As to the OP
Of the ones you listed, Plant/NA would be super effective. Since you already have 2 controllers though, while another wouldn't hurt, the Corrupter wouldn't be too bad either. -
oo man that is soo much better than what we currently - Thanks!

We're down to just under 7 days left!

And here I got excited for a second for Nature Affinity. Nice to see some sales.

Mez res, regular buff/debuff res, and just res?
Mez res is bleh, other too are okay, except the current idea of resistance set bonuses are bleh -
Eh? The zone has always had that cap, and they are likely to definitely not raise it. You don't need 48-50 to do a Raid. You invite the people that are there and when you reach a reasonable start number (considering you can do a mothership raid with less than 8 and still make hundreds and hundreds of merits) start on the pylons. You pick up people as they trickle in and and remind other folks in the zone if they could move to a different RWZ if they don't wish to participate so others can have fun.

Psi/Pain and Sonic/Pain corrs are quite popular.
I do enjoy /pain though, just feel it needs something slightly more to take it out of being in the middle. -
I saw this a while back and did think it lived up to it's title. Looking forward to it.

Kk as of 8/4/12 I will not be leading anymore Hamis

Been watching SAO since it came out a few weeks ago and I really like it!
It reminds me a lot of .Hack but then again it definitely isn't the same. I'd probably join a smaller group that was interested in advancement and work right behind the lead group if not in it. Could also just go a different direction and make the best of the new world, heh who knows. -
The Player Event Resource Committee Presents:
The Great Makeover: The Vindicators
August 1st to 21st, 2012
There are many Hero and Villain Groups in Paragon City and the Rogue Isles, with new ones forming all the time using the latest fashion and equipment in their attire. One of the original groups, The Vindicators, has been in need of some new costumes for quite some time now and are seeking out designers! Your challenge: Makeover The Vindicators!
The Vindicators are a hero group led by Ms. Liberty. They can often be found with Longbow fighting Arachnos in the Rogue Isles. (Wiki Page)
Contestants will only use the in-game character creator to design a "makeover" for any number of The Vindicators listed above. Your goal is to create a set of costumes for the "New" Vindicators. All options in the character creator are fair game, meaning even Paragon Market and Badge earned pieces may be used in the design. Sticking to the lore is important to us, but contestants may even go as far as changing character genders and no matter what changes are made, we would like to know why they were made. Reasoning could be simple or complex, but we want to know what contestants were thinking in why they changed what they did other than the obligatory "It was ugly."
- Two entries per global per Vindicator are allowed: @Person can submit two separate Ms. Libertys, but cannot submit a third Ms. Liberty etc..
- Non-VIP may enter, but be aware there may be limitations to the amount of INF awarded, or any of the IO sets.
- To be considered for the top prize pools, contestants must submit at least an entry for minimum of 4 of the 8 Vindicators.
- Judging will be based on: Creativity, Overall Aesthetic, and the tie in to City of Heroes' Lore.
- The top 20 entries will receive 100 million INF (Must have at least 4 individual Vindicators)
- The top 4 entries will receive an additional 500 million INF (Must have at least 4 individual Vindicators)
- The top entry for each of the 8 Vindicator will receive 125 million INF
- All entries will be entered into a random IO Set Enhancement drawing which will include, but are not limited to: Numina ++, Miracle +, Steadfast 3%, and LoTG 7.5%.
- Contestants can win in each prize pool, but cannot win twice in a given pool!
- The submission period is August 1st to 21st, 2012.
- Entries can be submitted in three ways: Submission Thread, Private Message, or Email: perc.coh@gmail.com
- Forum posted entries that are NOT posted in the submission thread will NOT be considered.
- Each entry must include a global handle, the name of the Vindicator, 3 images or links to images displaying the makeover, and why (reasoning) the changes were made.
- The 3 required images should show the Front, Side, and Back of the character.
- Please do not submit more than 3 pictures or links per Vindicator.
- The submission format can be seen below and there is an example in the submission thread.
- If you are posting pictures, please try to keep the width near 300px. If you do not / cannot crop your images then simply post the link rather than have it displayed.

Q- Can I change the gender of a character?
A- You may, but you will need to have a solid story based reason for doing so.
Q- Can I change the name of a character?
A- You may change a character's name, but please provide your reasoning for doing so and how that fits into current (or reasonably predicted) lore.
Q- I don't know how to post a screen shot, can I still enter?
A- You can enter by emailing your screen shots to perc.coh@gmail.com and we will host and post them for you. Please include your global and forum name in the email. You can also make use of free image hosts like: http://www.tinypic.com
Q- Do I need to take the screen shots of the character in the costume creator or can I take an action shot?
A- You may take your screen shots with any background you chose. Please make sure the picture clearly shows the character's new look. Also note, powers (customized or not) will not be judged.
Q- What about weapons?
A- You are welcome to show weapons in your screenshots if you feel it adds to your makeover look.
Q- How exactly do my entries count towards prizes?
A- You can submit up to 16 different costume entries per global (2 per Vindicator). All your entries will count towards the "best of" whichever Vindicator it is. Each set of Vindicators (at least 4) will count towards the top 20 and top 4 prizes. If you choose to create more than 4 costumes per set, your best 4 will be counted and you will get a small bonus for the additional creations.

I'm betting genesis will provide a boost to current incarnate powers haha which are already powerful enough ... maybe add additional effects to them?
-
Eh I think they are both fine. However, lot of people seem to be pushing WP's regen aside and saying the QR is the breaker? That just seems confusing. WP has great HP (if not the best), Regen with that HP, Okay Resistance, and Okay Defense.
While the test was done with SOs -- I think WP is more capable than Invuln once you get to the IO Sets and once again that's just what I think and have experienced. You can cap HP passively, soft cap the defenses, and have the great regen and recov. I know my WP tanker has over 80hps out of combat which more than doubles in combat.
I'm not saying Invuln isn't "tanky", as it definitely is and I do like it, but WP just feels more capable. -
Virtue's Hami raids hit peek at issue 13 and 19 where we were doing 5 - 10+ raids a week.
Unfortunately this is no longer the case due to various reasons -- Blueside raids can be found on Saturdays @ 6pm US Eastern. Redside raids have almost died out completely due to the fact too few people thus causing even greater loss of interest and when they do happen it's usually on Sundays @ 6pm US Eastern. -
I'm currently seeking a builder for one of my storage SGs on Virtue. I'd like for the overall theme of the base to be tech, but other than that I don't really care. The base is currently in mega disarray and I find myself never able to come up with a suitable design or the willingness when I do to sit down and work on it versus doing some game content.
The only restriction is that the base remains fully functional and a few other tidbits. As far as rewards, well I'll be pretty flexible on this so ask and we shall see
You can shoot me a PM, ingame tell, or reply here if you are interested. -
I have T4 Radial Assault -- I think it works pretty well.
-
Honestly looks okay...
Soo stretched for slots haha hmm - I mean just keep in mind the possible procs like the +rech in Burst, or the -def in the AoEs.
Perma hasten is always nice, and you -could- squeeze some purples in there to speed up some stuff, but really you just need to be concerned with tar patches and Howling Twilight. -
haha well your builds are kinda all out there...
Let me scratch the surface a bit here...
Water/Dark
- I suggest picking up Fearsome Stare, it's amazing.
- Your end bar is going to hit 0 pretty quick
- moar recharge
- Defenses are nice though...
Water/Storm
- Probably don't want Posi's in the t9 -- it needs Rech
- Foresee End issues once again
Water/Time
- I think you're going to want Temporal Mending -- it's your self heal! (Chrono's rech is way to long to help you out when you need it most of the time)
- I highly suggest going resistance based shield for Power Boost or Power Build Up
- Perma Chrono would probably be a good goal
----
Something I noticed about all the builds -- You picked up the S/L shield, but also went to cap the positionals in some form or fashion. I'd suggest maybe picking up a RES based shield but still keeping the positional -- this allows for more survivability.
As far as picking which powersets to play, I think the Water/Dark or Water/Storm would be best. While Time is a Tank and pretty much works with anything, I think you could get more out of if you paired it with another set or just that I'm more partial to the other 2. Maybe the set you've played the least?
So that said, I think you should work on fixing the end issues, then balance out the def / res, and try to pick up some more recharge.
