Well, as for the trainers issue, if War Witch is back from the dead, why don't we have Cyrus Thompson for the hero trainer, and maybe an old member of the Cole Gang (The Web of Arachnos) as the villain trainer? A little coding would prevent villains from leveling at hero spots, and vice versa, right?

But still, Cyrus and somebody from the Cole Gang. Or Maiden Justice for the heroes.
