Well, I made Kapetan Croatia in-game for reference shots, and I have to say I am very pleased with how he looks. The Croatian flag is Red, White and Blue, and contains a crest which uses a checkerboard pattern. And since Eastern Europe is known for both soccer and gymnastics, I decided it'd make sense to make him an MA/Ref Scrapper. Here's the reference shot.

Remember to use armguards, but not something bulky, as that will interfere with your aim.

Also, you'll want to avoid baggy clothing for the same reason, so no Baggy Shirts/Jackets/Robes/Trenchcoats. Same with Chest details that are raised up... No Chains/Skulls/Barbed Wire/Stealth, although Ring Straps should be snug enough to not interfere too much. You'll also want to be careful with shoulder pads.

Also, you'll want to be sure your hair is short, or pulled back out of your face, and that anything you wear on your eyes is there to assist in your ability to target, and not simply cosmetic.
Targeting Reticle = Good.
Winged Headband = Bad.

Additionally, I recommend against hoods for a large variety of reasons.

Since proper targeting in archery requires you to pull the bowstring back to the corner of your mouth you'll likely also want to avoid any sort of faceplate, although facial hair isn't typically a problem.

It's pretty awesome, but kinda confusing at the same time. The map has no clear path, and very little in the way of Open Spaces to see things...

...And Ice Mistral keeps ambushing you while you're distracted by the "Hey! It's a glowy green Circle Ceremony" graphics from two hills away.

Pretty fun.

It's in Scirrocco's first arc.

Unfortunately, I lost my screenies in a comp meltdown a few months back, and haven't taken any more Villains through those levels.

One thing I would do (but by no means am I saying you should if you don't want to) is switch the red and the yellow on the arms, legs and chest emblem.

I know fire doesn't work like that, and that the red part of a real fire is generally at the top/outside the source, but in this case I think having the lighter yellow next to the dark blue would probably make the colors "pop" a bit more.

The fact of the matter is, most likely, that anyone who would be able to take the time to do something like this is going to be a professional artist who does art for a living, and probably isn't gonna be cheap.
