    Yes, it has.
  2. Podering how the citizens look. And worse, how they run...

    PC models for everything.

Let continued release of more costume pieces keep up the variety.
  3. type:

    /showbind lbutton
    /showbind rbutton

to see what's actually bound to them. To remove all binds from them, type:

    /unbind lbutton
    /unbind rbutton

Of course, when Freedom is released, that page could well change in layout, but for now, the essential information for when you recieve(d) a vet badge is accurate (give or take a floating day sometimes o.O)
I expect that page to go bye-bye when FREEDOM is released. Posi said they'll be using a different system to track Vet/ParagonReward rewards.

    Very disappointing.
They've said before that Beam Rifle and Street Justice will be pay-for powersets. VIPs (even those without Tier9 access) can purchase them. If a VIP uses Paragon Points from their monthly stipend, then they don't have to pay any extra real money for them.

Free and Premium accounts can buy them with Paragon Points.

  7. I was kinda expecting the winner to be a bowl of a runny Wensleydale powering a 73 year old 20 watt light bulb.
  8. Where do i find the circle of thrones in Kingrow?

Also, putting BAB in the character creation process would tend to make him a less likely candidate for death.

And when Dr. Aeon was asked in Ustream whether the Task Force Commander badge was being taken into account with regard to one of them dying, he didn't say, "That's not a problem." But something more to the effect of "We've taken that into account." Which, to me, was a giveaway that it wasn't BAB.

    But... we'll see...
  10. Yesterday the devs were encouraging folks to do an ITF on Test so they can observe it.

Maybe the Valley of Lag is now a Glen of Lag.

  13. Thanks for the recap!

"Can you make the Galaxy City Echo available at level 1? It *is* a level 1 zone after all."

Nope. Ouroburos was the best way to do it, though they lowered it to level 14 access.
Argh! This was more of a request because I know you all *can* make the Echo available at level one through some magic portal stuck somewhere. Or even by clicking on a contact (a mystic mourning over what Galaxy City once was).

    So... please?
  14. So, you're the reason why there's inflation in this game!
  15. I though CoH only uses up to 2 threads *at one time*.

As processes come and go, they'll wind up being distributed over all the threads as other background processes grab a thread and tell CoH to move on to the next one.

They've mentioned errors on some of the slides and changes made since the initial slides were made.

In all their other verbal and written information, the 29 Token limit never came up.
  17. I don't mind so much. Even Lex Luthor got a muscularized Silver Age spandex outfit.

At least there are now female members in the group. That's a plus.

Although, it will be confusing and hazardous at first when players run up to the Energy Mage looking to spend some Merits.

    Yes, they do.

    4 Vet Badges per year x 7 = 28 Tokens
+7 Tokes (once yearly grants) = 7 Tokens

That's a total of 35 Tokens. You complete Tier8 and are in Tier9 on your 34th or 35th Token (depending on whether Vets have to invest a Token in Tier1 which is free to newbies).

EDIT: ah, nvm... Gangrel already did the right math.
    N/3 + N/12 = 72/3 + 72/12 = 24 + 6 = 30.

30 Tokens is still in Tier 8.
  19. Read this post.

    Then this post.

The Devs are not unamenable to suggested NPC upgrades (they did it before with Arbiter Fabulous' Trina update). Just include the costume file info so they can cut and paste it if they chose to go with it.

You'd be better off using a bind that calls a file to redefine the bind key so that one press turns on the first option and the second press turns on the second option.

    O hai!
  23. Since new Powersets are one of the most sought-after things in the game, the Devs would be crazy not to set a high price point initially and then put it on sale 6 months later.
