    i will have to agree with barrier on this one (as much as it pains me). If your really determined to roll a scrapper. Fire/Regen/Body, it can't be beat...unless you fight a really good sonic/thermal/mako corrupter...just ask silit.....GG dex GG.

    Good Psy/Em?

    It's really hard to be bad on psi/em unless your barrier...and then again he's "special". The delayed dmg is beastly on psi, alot people say that the placate proc that makes this set...when in fact..that's not it at all. The delayed dmg is what messes people up. Will Dom + TK blast + Mental Blast+Psi Dart = Mini Spike. So easy even downies can do it. (except barrier).

  8. I'm bias against sonic...it's just very uncomfortable for me to play...i have a sonic/rad and a fire/rad....my fire runs circles around the sonic, don't know why....it just does...

    that was not in any order..and yea i forgot about rad/em. As far as rooting..laster beam eyes and cosmic burst root you quit a bit.....if the stalker is good...he's going to land the AS no matter the set. And you forget something stalkers in RV do not AS lol..they TWROW SHARKS.

    If you make a regen. Don't take spines. Don't take fire mastery. Either make a fire/regen/body, or an elec/regen/body.

    Weapon mastery is joke, don't consider it. Fire mastery is a joke, don't consider it. Spines is a joke, don't consider it. Spines/Regen hasn't been good for a long time. It was only good because toxic damage mattered, and you had 4 solid ranged attacks. Now toxic damage doesn't matter, your damage in general is terrible, and only 2 of your ranged attacks are worth anything.

    If you are still bent on making a "ranged melee" toon: I suggest you roll a Fire/SS/earth tank.

    Fossilize hits like a truck. KO blow has 15 foot range. You even have that one really bad attack where you throw a rock.

    It's why SS has always been the ultimate downie melee set (KO blow has a 15 foot range and half of them complain about not being able to land melee attacks). But don't let that turn you away from it's newfound functionality.

    IF you do roll an SS tank. Please, for the love of god, don't make your toon have capped height. If you make really tall SS tanks there is a 95% chance that you are really dumb.
    I agree.....only thing i hate is that FA is the most BS toggle in the game when it comes to end consumption. They really need to fix it. When they completly gutted FA when i13 came out....they left the massive amount of end consuption is uses. They should tweak the end consumption to actually fit what FA does. Granted Regen should NEVER have any end issues, but it's annoying on corrupters.

  19. i had it fullied pvp ioed out before i striped it......it was just a pain in the *** everytime i healed i was suppressed. (unless they fixed it). To each his i own i guess. I admit i never really died on it...i just got so use to having swift and hurdle on my wp that it felt like my regen movement speed was SOOOOO slow, that mixed with the heals still trigger movement supression....it was really fustrating. Movement to me is a big deal.....i can't stand having a slow toon.

    yea assault, that add's 10 extra dmg, and tactics that really does nothing except add some to hit. I don't see it barrier but ok.

  25. Regen is horrible on Stalker due to low HP and NO res. The reason why Regen seems godly in RV is because your getting attacked by a bunch of people that really have no idea what they are doing. I have regen, WP, Nin, EA, and LOLZ Dark. WP is by far the best imo. But hey if you don't mind getting hit hard as hell by everything by all means roll a regen. Also -res makes regen's cry. I in fact hate my Regen lol. Also .....you get supressed when you heal in zone....wtf is up with that.
