For a full list of what you can buy, see this paragonwiki page:

What you wanted is to buy the costume parts, not the account rewards. -
Quote:The first time I did the Positron TF was in Issue 4. There wasn't an autoexemp feature, anyone over level 15 that crashed or dc'd were removed from the TF, there weren't any shortcuts like base teleporters, and no veteran rewards. That first time took NINE HOURS to complete with a team of eight players.I dunno, I don't think Old Posi was truly bad. Don't get me wrong, it was tedious and in need of adjustments but it could be fun on a smaller team. Citadel is downright bad. Old Posi had a lot of issues stemming from it's placement as far as the level range (tons of travel without travel powers). I'll fully admit to having a skewed opinion since I'm newer than most.
I don't know the answer to your second question. As to your first is that there is only two ways to avoid having the the pulse take 50% of your max health:Quote:Er, back on topic. Anyone know if the zone wide damage ignores phasing? Also, AntiMatter is resistant to move speed debuffs but is he vulnerable to heal rate debuffs like those in /Poison?- Be dead.
- Be a MM with your pets in bodyguard mode.
Yesterday I was the target of the disintegration beam and I couldn't see the effect on myself. On the other hand, at least I know enough not to run away from the healers.Quote:It can be worse. In my last Keyes run, I noticed that Lucy was being disintegrated, so I heal her, and yell in broadcast:
"LUCY IS BEING DISINTEGRATED!"
Lucy paused for a few seconds, then yelled "help"... and took off running at super speed, away from me and the rest of the team. I chased her for several seconds trying to get in heal range, until the predictable happened and she died.

Did you buy a voucher (1-time use) or certificate? If you are talking about the voucher, that is for a character that hasn't unlocked either the cape or aura mission (depending on voucher type). That is for a level 1+ to get a cape or aura (depending on voucher type) without having to do those unlock missions. If you are clicking claim and it isn't you probably have already unlocked those missions on the level 50.

Quote:Costume change emotes are no longer accessible due to someone putting a } on line 716 of the quickchat menu instead of the end of the file.Patch notes for build 2050.201106210214.1.
Emotes awarded from Praetorian Zone Events and Astral and Empyrean Merit Vendors are now accessible via the quickchat menu.
I won't say how I know that is the exact line the error happened.
Additionally, none of the Astral/Empyrean Merit costume change emotes (Fireworks, Ice Block, Nuke, Pure Energy, Stone Block) are present either. -
Actually I can sort of comment to that: On my MM, I crashed beginning to fight Siege in the BAF. I managed to come back with both Siege and Nightstar at 85% health and didn't get the 10 thread table. Now I can't say if this was due to the new participation metric or the league being good though.

They could make a small book with the amount of bug reports I've made in the last 6 years.
-
Quote:Yeah, I got hit with that as well. Also annoying was dying and then hitting the hospital where I rezzed, and then became held again.
Lambda is better than BAF with some teams, with other teams it can be much worse.
Both BAF and Lambda are better than Keyes. As in either are more fun than Keyes. How much better? I'm talking about the difference between the new Positron TFs and the original Positron TF. I've run the newer Positron TFs 3x-4x the amount I ran the original. Why? That is easy to answer: I found the revamps more enjoyable. -
Quote:The reason I'm responding is that I don't want false rumors to start. That is all you are doing here: starting some wild speculation that we've already been told isn't happening.snowglobe, i would suggest you see dreadman's response as that was the type of reply i was expecting as you really dont get it.......
i am not assuming anything, i am not stating anything just simply asking a question of a theory (wild speculation granted) i had.
i really dont see why you feel the need to patronise me at all, in fact its absurd
/done
So continuing to speculate that the group buffs or the change in the participation metric is earning you a higher reward is a complete waste of everyone's time.Quote:It has never been possible to guarantee that you will receive a Very Rare. Once the participation system has done a handoff to the random table, it no longer has any effect on your reward. While reports of multiple Very Rares are not unexpected, these occurrences are evidence of consistent league success combined with a large amount of good luck. -
Quote:Z, ever since Issue 20 launched, the game has been repeatedly running out of memory. There have been a lot of threads in the technical issues and bugs section about them. I can, without fail, cause a game crash on my system after around 3 hours of play just by using a single specific power *.We haven't been receiving large amounts of reports of the issues you're experiencing. We'll definitely keep an eye out, however I would most certainly recommend checking into the above referenced solutions if you haven't already. If you've got any specific details or other information which might be helpful, feel free to PM me with it and I can forward it along to dev.
* I'll gather my system information and PM you with the details. -
Quote:Authbit VanguardPackAnyone know, if there are no answers to the above, what the proper LockedOption badge name is for the new vanguard costume thing? I tried the_constant and the_constant_cc but neither worked. :/
Example:
LockedOption
{
DisplayName "&1 Costume Slot 1"
Command "cc_e 0 CCVanguardSigil"
Badge Vanguard_Sigil_CC
Authbit VanguardPack
}
See my previous post. -
Quote:New Locked Option-Options:LockedOption syntax:
LockedOption
Here, OptionName and OptionCommand work exactly as in the Option syntax, above. LockedOption allows you to create an option which, under certain conditions, is grayed out and unavailable. That condition is specified with either Authbit or Badge.
{DisplayName OptionName
}
Command OptionCommand
Authbit AuthIdentifiers {OR} Badge BadgeIdentifiers
Authbit checks some state of your account:- RogueAccess: Purchased Going Rogue
- RogueCompleteBox: Purchased Going Rogue Complete Collection
- CyborgPack: Purchased Super Booster I: Cyborg
- MagicPack: Purchased Super Booster II: Magic
- SuperSciencePack: Purchased Super Booster III: Superscience
- MutantPack: Purchased Super Booster IV: Mutant
- MartialArtsPack: Purchased Super Booster V: Martial Arts
- WeddingPack: Puchased the Wedding Pack
Badge checks whether you've earned a certain badge. For example:- CouncilRobotBadge: Burkholder's Bane
- StMartialTour1: Johnny's Go To Guy
- SnowflakeEmoteBadge: Invisible badge gained from the Candy Keeper during the Winter Event
- MayhemOutlaw: Outlaw
- ArchitectAccolade: Mission Engineer
Listing multiple identifiers after either Badge or Authbit produces a logical OR: Badge CouncilRobotBadge StMartialTour1 means "Burkholder's Bane badge OR Johnny's Go To Guy badge".

LockedOption
{
DisplayName "Ghoul Flex"
Command "e ghoulflex"
RewardToken EmoteGhoulFlex
}
Options for RewardToken currently include:

EmoteTantrum
EmoteCollapse
EmoteSwoon
EmoteUltimatePower

Quote:Given that I can't seem to find/make a steady team and have no choice but to do these trials in a PUG situation, I'm figuring that I will never get 2 (possibly 3) of the Keyes badges, which means I'll never get the Master of Keyes either. When I earn these badges I will truly feel I achieved the badges instead of them being given to me.
I know of no PUG willing to deal with the amount of deaths getting AM under 90% health for most of the trial will cause.
It will be next to impossible have a PUG avoid the beam, and I don't think the chances of the zero defeats/no terminals will happen.
Heck, I'm having a hard time finding a group willing to do the revised Lambda badges at this point.
If the healers can see the person getting disintegrated. As a healer, I simply cannot see the disintegration aura. I've repeatedly asked that the player be highlighted in the league/team window so that they can be targeted by healers.Quote:Disintegration - When you are being disintegrated heal, it's that simple. there are 3 ticks of damage, just make sure you are at full health on the 3rd and final tick and you will live.
Again, if you can see it. With the graphics settings I have to use to participate in the trials, the beam is next to impossible to see to avoid.Quote:Obliteration Beam - very easy, look for the very large green patch on the ground and get the hell away from it, don't stand there in aww "What's this green stuff" or "Oh, that's pretty" Run away from it and continue fighting.
Again, the entanglement auras are practically invisible. At one point in pre-beta they were far more visible. They were as visible as the shields in the Terra Volta Reactor, now they are less than 1/4 of the visibility they were at. -

Quote:The problem is that you are assuming (remember what that makes people?) that the group buffs means that you will get a higher level reward. The only difference it will make is that you shouldn't be seeing the 10 thread reward table unless you door sit for the entire trial. Given other things we know about the participation metrics, I wouldn't even bet on that.yes, thankyou for pointing out the obvious and not really answering my initial question of ANYONE USING THE NEW GROUP BUFFS NOTICE A CHANGE?
That you think that you will get a higher reward (very rare, rare) instead of a lower reward (uncommon or common) because of the participation metric is absurd. -
Quote:Heh, just before the Steampunk Pack went live, I took this picture of Avatea in Pocket D.Nobody knows yet.
The Alpha-Slot level shift grants a permanent level-shift to a character in all of the in-game content.
The Lore-Slot and Destiny-Slots also grant a level-shift, but only inside of Incarnate Trials.
Future slots may also include level shifts only available inside of Incarnate Trials.

One can probably safely assume that +8 is at least theoretically possible outside of the incarnate trials eventually.
* During an open beta for issue 20.5 -
Random is random and you are looking at an extremely small sample.
The participation metrics control if you get 10 threads table or a random components table. If you qualify for more than the 10 threads, what you get is RANDOM.
For instance, I ran 8 trials tonight. In order I got the following:
Keyes - Very Rare (on a character that didn't need more of them.)
Keyes - Uncommon
Lambda - Uncommon
BAF - Uncommon
BAF - Uncommon
Keyes - Uncommon (notice a trend)
BAF - Common
Lambda - Common -

Quote:Originally Posted by Zombie ManTo get the Avid Reader Badge from reading Prometheus' dialogue, you need to be more than just Alpha unlocked. What that 'more' is, I don't know. But somewhere between Alpha unlocked on a brand new toon and doing all the iTrials and unlocking and slotting all 5 incarnate slots, a new option will show at the top level dialogue tree that says:- I have earned the right to know more about the Well.
It would be nice if folks, as they progress in incarnatehood, if they would keep checking in with Prometheus to find out what triggers that new dialogue branch.
Follow the branch with:- What is the Well of the Furies?
- What do you mean all power? I know of those who gained their power naturally!
- Wait, didn't Lord Recluse intercept all powers in the world once? Couldn't the Well stop that?
- The Flames ended that? What are they? Using them must have raised your reputation!
Ding! Badge.

Quote:Math failure:For the record, this puts the total price tag of crafting a T4 incarnate power as 250 million.
2480 x Threads = 248 million Inf for the thread portion alone (provided you do the 10:10 + 1 million inf conversion over 248 days). Add another 150 million Inf for the needed 6 Uncommon -> Rare conversions. Add another 100 milllion Inf for the Rare -> Very Rare conversion.
498 Million Inf for the total price tag of crafting a Very Rare incarnate power (not including opening the slot). -
