Did you buy a voucher (1-time use) or certificate? If you are talking about the voucher, that is for a character that hasn't unlocked either the cape or aura mission (depending on voucher type). That is for a level 1+ to get a cape or aura (depending on voucher type) without having to do those unlock missions. If you are clicking claim and it isn't you probably have already unlocked those missions on the level 50.

Well dang it all to hell.....guess i wasted those merits. Thanks for the response I thought it unlocked new auras and capes for incarnates.

What you wanted is to buy the costume parts, not the account rewards.

Now you can unlock capes and auras on a brand new level 1 character without having to run the missions (the aura mission is particularly annoying to me)

So I have the voucher for the new auras and capes but nothing happens when i click claim.
I have looked all over the forums but cant figure out what to do next.
It says I still have 1 available to claim....I am a 50, all my incarnate slots are open and slotted.
Any ideas?
