well, phooey -- bought Flying Carpet, but didn't get it
A couple friends of mine are reporting similar problems, though I don't know what they tried to buy.

Hmmm, interesting, and sorry you had that happen. I haven't spent any points in the Paragon Market since before the Sunset notice. Like you, I have the RocketBoard and love it!! I'd always planned to get the Flying Carpet as well for my magic origin characters but it was lower on my Wish List than other things. I suggest you file a Petition requesting game support or perhaps there's a better contact for Paragon Market billing/support staff--I wasn't able to find one quickly via Google, but maybe that's just me. ;-)

My GF, over the weekend, decided to purchase some Super Packs with some remaining points and didn't get them either. Yea, didn't think about mentioning to her about filling a petition, but do we even have reliable game support now?

I get the same GM support the few times I've needed to petition since the sunset notice. The GMs are still around; I presume someone is minding the store. At minimum, NCSoft billing and/or technical support can be phoned and presumably direct one to the correct person or department. Here's hoping.

I just bought a Super Pack and Flying Carpet and I was able to get both of them.
I will send an e-mail to Skippy Sidekick and find out if Paragon Market was down over the weekend.

Last night, I held Aladdin's lamp. And so I wished that I could stay!
Before the thing could answer me though, someone came and took the lamp away.
I looked around, but a lousy candle was all I found!

I bought two rename tokens yesterday but only got one. Gonna check later to see if the second was just a hiccup. I was having problems yesterday getting access to the store. Kept to refresh by clicking Home but it wouldn't refresh. So I kept trying to open it until it succeeded.
Edit: Okay just finished checking. No second rename token but the points I spent on the second token were refunded, so I have no complaints.

And I got the same ticket response you did. Just haven't been in to check yet.
I crafted a Santa hat with the candycane salvage from the winter special events a couple of days ago, and it never showed up in my costume editor.
It isn't really important since it didn't really cost me anything other than time, but I really wanted to mess around with it or at least see how it looked on the character I'd gotten it with, and since the winter area has apparently closed, I have no way of just trying to make it again.

I finally decided to buy the Flying Carpet. I've had Rocket Board for long time, but wanted my magic characters to have a choice. At any rate, I spent 600 points and the store seemed to process it just like normal. However, there is no Flying Carpet, not in my email:AccountItems nor my powers:Inherent list.
I'm hoping something in the back-end is just slow, and it will be credited to me tomorrow. Are other people seeing slow response (or broke response) from the store?
