No. It still needs a lot of development work, and there's no more development.
You can play it as-is on the beta, though. I recommend doing so; there's some really fun content.

Yeah the tokens and points and stuff are all automated so apparently it's all still running.
That's actually kind of bittersweet. I'm going to have finished T5 just before the game shuts down.

Yeah, I got a token myself today too. I was able to complete the Fire and Ice set. *Sigh.*
I had thought we were not to get any more VIP bennies, but on logging on this morning, a brandy-new Paragon Rewards token was waiting for me.
Heck, if this months stipend of Paragon Points arrives in a couple days, I'll have enough to buy bio-armor. ... Hopefully some day.
