I'm not saying good but but hopefully see you all soon. This has been my one constant in a state of chaos. Thank you all for the fun and kindness.

Well I haven't been active on the boards, and really the last year or so in game, but I've been lurking at the edges of this fine community since july 05. In game I'm @Cosmic cannon and I've been the lazy head of The Justice Defense Unit sg with a few other fine lurkers like Blue Jaguar, Techno Arrow, Blackraven841, and Brother Ciaphus. Though most of us fell away to various real life calls all of us pop up to have fun here and there, and the folks here have always made us feel welcome.

Thanks for all those events in Bloody Bay and Siren's Call in the year following CoV, I got interested in pvp because of those chaotic and fun nights. Thanks for being constructive the one time I poked my head in the friday night fights and got my blaster eaten alive.

A big thanks to Tic for Justice Badges and the many hours I spent badging. Special thanks to Armless Dan for making the 300-800 hump on Back From the Future easier to slog through when we randomly teamed for many nights in RV. Also, gladiator healing farms.

Most of all, thanks to everyone from JFA, JU, CHROME, and all of the successive channels over the years for all the levels and laughs. I've not been personal with many people here, but the feeling that I belong here has always been strong.

Said too many times, but one last time won't hurt.

I'm gong to deviate a bit from my normal RP postings as either Plucky or Ant. I'd like to thank everybody that has helped me throughout my constant ignorance of the subtleties of this game.

I've never been a Min-Maxer, a true PvPer or a straight RPer but Justice has always been my home. I have 2 characters on other servers that never made it past level 10 and never even filled my slots completely on Justice.

I'd like to thank everybody for allowing me to occasionally go AFK when my cat needed attention or having to leave a TF early because of some unseen minor familial event that always seemed to happen right when it was AV time.



I wanted to give a special shout to both LSK and CHROME.


LSK: You were the only other true Sidekick I ever met here and I remember chasing you down and missing you the first time I saw Lady Side Kick's name speed across my screen. You're a good guy and always let me leech when something bad happened and I had to run.

CHROME: Taunt, Hold, Nuke. I remember that to this day from years ago when we first teamed and I was learning the fine art of Tanking. I was honored when you invited me to your SG and sad when I had to refuse because I was ineptly trying to build my own.

Farewell Zartain, PSL Animal, Bionic Flea and certainly LSK! I'm looking forward to our next Hamidon Raid on Justice and playing for as long as I can until the plug is pulled or CoH gets a reprieve. I know that for many, logging in now is painful, and I acknowledge I find it bitter-sweet at present, but I'm far from ready to pack up and go shopping for a new MMORPG or other pasttime. Like everyone, I want City of Heroes/Villains to continue as we all expected, with the Paragon Studios team(s) intact, and ready to give us Issue 24 and beyond as planned. Yes, I know what I'm wishing for is a tall order, perhaps impossibly so. Nonetheless, it was the CoX community/communities as much as the outstanding work by Paragon Studios that made City of Heroes such a delight and among my peak gaming experiences. You all ROCK!!! Thank you for being awesome and I hope we all stay SUPER!!!

I'd also like to add that I appreciate ZAR a great deal. You run the best ITFs (18 mins) that I've ever been on. I even enjoyed the TFs you booted me from, though it was after the fact.

You're a stand up guy even in the face of an uppity Sidekick.
