SSA's are no longer WAI!
Is there any update as to when the new SSA's will be re-adjusted to the pre-established rate of ~9 minutes per Villain Merit?

Just kidding. Couldn't resist with that big Rangers logo there. I don't really follow hockey, but I like the Rangers. Although it's probably mainly because I live in (and grew up in) NY City.

I'm glad we're all on the same page here, because I have a proposal that will BLOW YOUR MIND. In CAPITAL LETTERS.
What is the solution to all of our problems?!
Wait for it.
WAIT FOR IT.
We NERF DEVS!
The rest of this thread will now be dedicated towards logistics. Go!
Hey guys,
I noticed that the SSA's got broken. I'm assuming some self righteous hacker added too much clicking through dialogue, extra cut scenes and more than 3 quick missions per arc. Is there any update as to when the new SSA's will be re-adjusted to the pre-established rate of ~9 minutes per Villain Merit? Also, when this adjustment happens, will we be retroactively awarded with extra Villain merits for every time we completed the more-than-twice-as-long-as-they-should-be arcs? This bug is annoying, and whatever screwup haxor decided to insert extra time clicking through lore and doing extra missions into a perfectly fine and productive allignment merit farm should be held accountable for their actions. Thanks, THB |
Weight training: Because you'll never hear someone lament "If only I were weaker, I could have saved them."
I heard that complaint in game from a few people. The consensus was just to run SSA1 for merit farming purposes.

How many alts do you think I have!? And reaffirming alignment!? Pfft.
No, no, This is not the answer! Nerfing Dev's is the answer!
Are you guys with me!?
And in case anyone is just tuning in, the answer is YES! I am now a parody of myself!
Hmm. To nerf the devs, not an easy feat.
What kind of nerfing are we talking about? ED (drug them, leave them in a dumpster in some city beginning with S), or Regen (sit them down, talk them into making the game a democracy, if they don't agree drug them and leave them in a dumpster in some city beginning with S).

I think the best response is revolt.
We, the players (who, from here on out, will be known as the North) declare ourselves an independent Kindgom! Once we show that we have the bannermen, we can force the Dev's (who, from here on out, will be known as the South) into a tight spot, and they'll be forced into a treaty. There's no possible way that this can go wrong. I bet we win a bunch of battles!

I think the easiest option would be to camp their spawn point (the Paragon Studios offices) and then attack them with Nerf Weaponry when they spawn.

Ah, I'm glad that I am now appointing you lord of Harrenhal!
See, what Adeon brings up is great! He has identified the Laniste... Err... Dev's spawn point! We've seen all these new Mods and Red Names coming out of the sky lately- I mean seriously, does ANYONE know who the Fire Truck guy is?
Ahem...
The point being, now that we know that when one Dev leaves, another Dev enters, and they have no shortage of new Dev's and otherwise red names.... And Adeon has provided us with their spawn point...
WE CAN FARM THEM!
Yes, that's right! The spawn point (or "ambush trigger," if you will,) has been identified!
We know that when old ones leave (Avatea, Beastyle, RIP) new ones just keep coming!
As far as we know, they'll never stop!
.....AND WE KNOW WHERE THEIR AMBUSH TRIGGER IS!
Yessir, it's time to farm us some Dev's. Reset at 750! Invite lowbies, 750 mil per run! We have an attack plan!
uh-huh.
I'm not sure what thread this one is parodying, but it's amusing all the same.
Until I see something that states to the contrary, going to assume VK is right .

So this is what happens when they let the rabble loose upon the forums.

@Inquisitor
This is one of those odd quirks of not being able to convey tone and inflection in the written word. I know the intent is to convey that he performs poorly at being a fan of the Rangers. But one can also intemperate that to mean he is a fan of the terrible Rangers, which was his insinuation.

Quiet Hodor!
Woah... Has anyone ever told you that you're an artistic genius before?
I don't think I like this "nerf the devs" idea.
How will we blame them for everything that happens that we don't like and can't have? Yelling "This is a tickle in the face to all your paying customers!" just doesn't have the same panache.
How can we inspire the same fear in noobs if devs only have a ban noodle?
We'll have to watch the coffee talk with Zwill wearing a tiny little beanie!
Plus....
