Water Works
Could be thematically fun. Maybe will happen at some point. We do have tons of options for water like pairings though... With corrs you have /storm, /cold, /rad, /time which can all be easily re-colored into being watery.
Words to the wise aren't necessary- it's the stupid ones that need them.
"You're right...I forgot...being constantly at or the near the damage cap is a big turn off. Definitely not worth it."

Yep. Recolor your secondary and explain it as Water.
As well as magicwand's suggestions, Water/Force Field could look pretty "hydrokinetic", where you surround yourself and allies with protective water bubbles.
Storm summoning is the water/wind option, and the only powers within it that can't be recolored to be water, gale and thunderclap, are easily skippable.
While I am a fan of the recoloring/conceptualizing bit, I would like to see another Water-based powerset. Namely something for Dominators. Hydro Assault anyone?
But much more than that, I would rather see Water Control than "Water Manipulation" or whatever variant of "Water Support" someone could think of.
Poison works well from a visual standpoint for a Water pairing, though as far as mechanics go, it leaves something to be desired for a lot of players.
I went with Water/Storm (elemental type character) and Water/Time (recolored red, playing as a blood mage).

Virtue [Heroes, Roleplay], Freedom [Villains], Exalted [All Sides, Roleplay]
I24 Proc Chance = (Enhanced Recharge + Activation Time) * (Current PPM * 1.25) / 60*(1 + .75*(.15*Radius - 0.011*Radius*(360-Arc)/30)) Single Target Radius = 0. AoE Non-Cone Arc = 360.
it has gone from unconscionable to downright appalling that we have no way of measuring our characters' wetness.

"Left unused" would have been a better choice of words.
I went Water/Fire Blaster and colored everything thermonuclear neon orange.
And named her Death By Tang.
Also my brain is trying to come up with something witty involving "We don't need no /Water" and involving invoking the power Burn. It is failing. :P
Until I see something that states to the contrary, going to assume VK is right

I was hoping that we could have a 1st power Water and a 2nd power Water. A water/water person would be fun.
