If I'm not there and I'm online, I'll be helping with group content like Rikti Ship Raids and what have you. Don't really do the alt thing very much.

I have three specific goals, in this order:
- Get my Staff/Reflexes scrapper to 50 (currently 45).
- Get my Illusion/Dark controller to 35 (currently 27).
- Get my Kinetic/Ninjitsu stalker to 35 (currently 25).
EDIT: I'm off to a good start; We're still hours away from kickoff and they're already 48/27/27, respectively. Goals, however, remain the same.
FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
For most Double XP Weekends, I usually try to get on a high-40's character and go for the home stretch to 50. This time, it will be Abysensis, my Villain Dark/Stone Brute (currently Lv. 46).
But on Saturday evening, I'll be taking a break from the grind and participating in the "Beat the Heat!" Imperious TF being organized by the LiveJournal CoH community with my Lv. 50 Ice/Cold Controller, Kelly Chill.

No melee. 
Rolling with a red-side super team attempting to hit 50 over the weekend. Whether we succeed or not, I get to set people on fire and watch them burn, so I call that a win.

I'd love to hear what you guys are going to be doing to take advantage of it! I'm going to try to rush my level 36 Stalker to 50. Then probably get my level 46 Stalker to 50, possibly my level 45 Peacebringer too. Then if I'm lucky and have people willing to help me, I'll get my level 36 Bane Spider to 50 too! Of course, during intermission time periods, I might try to help people level on my level 50 WP/SS Tanker, though given the last ITF I ran on her, I'm not so sure I'd be contributing all that much... |

You know, I honestly might not be doing much, leveling-wise. The only character I'm leveling at the moment I'm deliberately taking my time with to enjoy content as much as I can.
That said, I might take advantage of the people online to try and run my controller version of The Imperial to the dark side, pick up the Mace patron pool, and back blueside again as fast as I can.

I'm going to try and run constant Rikti Raids for anyone interested.
After a single day of double XP, I've met two of my three goals: my scrapper hit 50 this morning, and the stalker is now level 36. I tried to get the controller a few levels, but he suffers from a rare handicap known as "being redside." And it seemed like all day, villain teams would only start forming once I'd logged on with a hero and joined a group. I'll try again tomorrow.

Failing at the blueside WST, apparently. My run yesterday glitched and after we clawed our way through the interminable first mission with mostly squishy 20-somethings, the objective became... that mission again. The task force organizer petitioned and spoke to a GM, who told him, essentially, that the solution was to complete the mission because that probably wouldn't happen again. Cue mass bail.
My redside team got to 26 last night, so that's probably more DXP progress, for me, in one evening than I've managed in all the other DXP events combined. We ran mostly DFB, with Dean Macarthur's arc for a change of pace. Probably more DFB today until we can run the ITF. I don't know, someone has the master plan, I'm just running along figuring out how to play a Fire/Fire Dom.

I always feel like I should level a fresh character for DxP weekend. Last time this came around it was my dark/fire dom Ash Valentine, who I got pretty close to 50 over the weekend, and to 50 by the end of the next week.
This time I started an electric melee/willpower brute on Friday named Cupcake Overdrive, and she's now 31, but I wanted to buy street justice when it was on sale for my @dark shinobu account, so I started a street justice/willpower brute today named Death Ace, and got her to 24. And because of that, I obviously won't get Cupcake to 50 or close to it, but we'll see how tomorrow goes.

I've officially met all my goals for the weekend; my controller made it to 36.
Now what? Invent more goals! I've never given an Arachnos widow a real try, so I made one, then leveled her up to 24 so I could test-drive both Night Widow and Fortunata.
As for tomorrow, who knows? But this event is, for me anyway, already a complete success.

so far two to 50 and one to 49. have one more id like to get close to 50 but after 3 sucessful leveling i think might take a week off to rest =)

was hoping to get all 3 to 50 as I usually get 3 toons to 50, teaming for me was awful..friday started with a manticore tf and a ms raid..2 levels from the manti in just under 3 hours, I think I shouldve had more xp than that, and 6 bars of xp from the mothership raid. i forget who lead the raid but halfway through it decided to put my lvl 36 def on his own team abd left him there until 10 minutes left on the raid.
also decide to play my fire/kin just to get infl..wound up getting him 4/6 of the absolute amazement set.so, thats a huge plus right? got a duplicate won, tried 3 times to convert it but gave me stuff I already has. so sold it and got 220 million for it after I made it and put it on wentworths
