Let Hybrid function below 45
Personally i wouldn't like this. I'm happy to have things like Alpha and interface below 50 as their quite awesome without affecting the player that much (maybe 35 plus? but no lower)
But to have all the powers below 50 would be too much imho. Plus that means the powers will have to be changed to add in the fact your lower then 50 which will then get players asking why can't they be changed with buffs etc and then others will call for incarns to be unlocked and done <50 2.
Maybe omega (whatever its gonna be) could be a all lvl incarn - but who knows.

Hybrid is probably the most maligned incarnate power to date. Some people don't like the effects, they don't like the click/toggle mix, or they don't like the 2 minute up 2 minute down time. Or whatever. And it has some decent numbers behind it but nothing even close to the scope of the other slots. So, why not let it function below the Incarnate Cut off? (Level 45 for those that don't know) The devs have talked before about incarnate powers that functioned while exemplared in some way. It seems like this would be a decent way of boosting Hybrid's reputation and use. In Incarnate content it's pretty lackluster, but outside of it I could see TF teams using it a fair bit. Maybe I'm just dreaming. Still, just a suggestion. |

I actually like Hybrid. It's good for when I get into a fight above me with my blaster. Just toggle it, start blasting everything to hell, rampage through the rest of the mission.

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.
They should have the incarnates at least work till like level 40 (maybe 35) because I'm always getting stuck doing people's patron arcs and then always doing it at 35-40 range
Theres that and being able to use incarnates on the long freakin tf of dr q would be awesome and probably cut it down be another 1/2 hour to hour with incandescent power and judgement powers for kill all missions

-Just- Hybrid. No judgment, destiny, lore, etc. -Just- Hybrid would function. Currently ALL of them function at 45 or above. I'm suggesting Hybrid work lower than that, but nothing else.
Hmmm...could allow it so the passive bonus of Hybrid that is always on, stays with you the whole time. I don't recall the passive bonus being game breaking.

Honestly, I *prefer* that all the Incarnate stuff stay at 50+.
I *wish* it would be scaled back in the 45-50 range (or rather in "non incarnate" content.)
I wouldn't want to see any of it lower. And that includes the (generally fine, IMHO) Alpha.
I agree Hybrid is easily the least popular, due as much to how we have to unlock it, as how it works. I am still not sure how they could have balanced the power more than they did, with the constant vs click thing.
really, anything more added to Hybrid might help..but..this, in which people need to hit 50, get 4 slots, THEN run mag trials for Hybrid...just to be able to use it at 40 (or whatever)..does not seem that great.

But then, I honestly think it would see more use in exemplar content than I do in straight up Incarnate content.
