(This isn't meant to blow you off. DropStats was originally written to prove to the developers that the drop rates were broken.)

Thats not happening to Posi TF's alone, its seems a general bug, and it started when alignment switching was introduced. It Happens when Chars from other alignment (in Posi TF that would be Rogues) are on team.
Same reason for the purple foes,... that will happen if the above mentioned take place and secretly someone else on ur team is the real leader and then his diff setting will count (prolly he was set to +2 or higher).
So only way to make sure it wouldnt happen is to let all on team lower their settings to +0 or make sure that no one will quit while TF (how u do that, well thats a different matter),....
But keep petioning it so maybe once the devs will fix it, at least theres still a chance after oh maybe 5 soon 6 issues

Are you sending in multiple support tickets for the same problem, or separate tickets for different problems?
on the drop rates do 4 to 6 tfs on the toon and all it gets is one yellow....and only one yellow recipie, no salvage or enhancements lvl 50 tf's ...and it will repeat after the 1 recipie... All these have seperate tickets..as for that toon ill just strip it and delete it if nothing else and not use that slot

Turn on logging, and solo with that character for a while. I'll be very surprised if you still get a below average drop rate on it.

Hi guys, Have Sent a Few tickets on issues that i have found.
1, Teleportation Attacks in the outer ring of Storm Palace, I have an older electric/sheild toon its 2 best attacks are nulled because its teleportation. Is there ever going to be a fix on that?
2, Certain oro's arcs when you start them by clicking the center pillar of fire and ice b send you to a different zone all together...there are a few arcs that have mini contacts/talk to in between missions that are the actual contact. Refferance Alexander of the Warriors.

I've follow the chian of reporting here thru gm's and tickets so here i hope to find some resolve to al least a few issues...the others are well posted...by other people. Myself,I rarely post becouse i go thru the same issues as everyone else and dont like to gripe because you guys do have a full plate.
