All Washed Up

So, with all the hulabaloo over Water Blast...I was disappointed to find out that I only have 740 points saved up (Damn you, Attuned Luck of the Gambler!) and WB is 800...so, it looks like I won't be getting the set until next month with my next VIP subscription payment.

That being said, I *did* reserve two AWESOME names for the two concepts I want to try out, Water/Mental Blaster (as I haven't played a blaster since AG, so, like 2006) and a Water/Time Corruptor:

Downspout (Really, Pinnacle? I'm disappointed. Truly. Shame on you all)
Affluent Stream (It's a real water term, promise: "AFFLUENT STREAM - stream that flows into another stream, a lake; a tributary stream.")

What did you come up with? I've always said we have some of the wittiest people in the game, and of course Affluent Stream will be my Carl and Sons character.

I am with you, Aurora Girl. I am stuck name sitting until my points roll over next month.

I am currently sitting on "Tide Turner" for when that time comes.

@Winter. Because I'm Winter. Period.
I am a blaster first, and an alt-oholic second.

I'm not using this in Pinnacle, but the name I use for my "water" character has always been Puakai, which I'm told from a very reliable source (google) means "Ocean Flower" in Hawaiian.

I wasn't organized enough to name-camp anything, I'll just have to wait and see what's left when I get home. =P

This is why I downloaded the game client on my work computer (HEATHEN, I know) to do things like name-camp, play with the costume creator, and do some Marketeering if I get a few minutes at work.

...today, I may have artificially created those few minutes, but hey, ain't America grand!

Also, Tide Turner is a GREAT name, Winter! Also, I might be considering having a character in the Guard...talk to me tonight. I've checked out the site, it looks like something I'd have a great time with.

I spent all my points on super packs last month so I have to wait two months to unlock water blast :/. I do have plenty of alts to level up so they will keep me busy.

As for names, I'm going to reroll my storm/electric defender (Seastorm) into either a storm/water defender or a water/storm corrupter. Either way, water blast makes more sense for the name Seastorm than electric .

Greetings are who are doomed.

The moment I heard waterblast was on beta I reserved two names, Aquafearna, a water/dark manipulation blaster and for theme going for the presence pool set, and Hydroforce, a water/storm corruptor.

Thanks to everyone that helped make me a welcomed part of the community, and for giving me over 3 years of some of the best gaming I've been able to take part in. May the next game bring many friendships and maybe reconnect to some old CoH friends.

I was all excited to get into Mids and plan me some Water builds...then I realized it's kind of pointless without the new Power Pools...especially Presence.
