Another noteworthy power is Power Boost in all its forms. Power boost buffs tohit buff strength (this is not the same thing as Power Build Up providing tohit buffs: power boost amplifies the strength of other powers that provide tohit buffs). That includes the versions in Energy Manipulation (blaster) and Energy Assault (dominator), as well as a variant Gather Shadows in Dark Assault (dominator).

Not sure what you mean, the Alpha Slot Abilities page is showing the correct icons for ToHit Debuffs on Musculature and Intuition. And as far as I know the page has not been edited recently.

Time Manipulation...

Farsight gives base +10% to hit for Corrupters for 2 min, on a 4 min base recharge. Easy to get that permanently...

+12.5 for Defenders


DM/Elec brute, 50
Ice/Psi dom, 50
Crab, 50
Elec/WP Scrapper, 50
TW/WP Scrapper, 50
Robot/Trap MM, 50
Fire/Earth dom, 50

They looked the same to me since you don't see them side by side to notice the subtle color difference.

Silly me was expecting the Debuff icon to have the arrow pointing down. But, that's just crazy-talk.

If I'm using these in a build (and slotting permits) then I'm placing in multiple powers for more consistency (non-unique that is); regardless of the Snipe changes. Same with similar procs.

As an aside: Call to Justice is a team buff power; so, like Tactics, it buffs everyone within range

(sometimes makes me wonder why anyone would stay villain after getting their Patrons; outside of concept/RP)

I don't think any of those work like that anymore. My Musculature stopped improving the slow in Hot Feet at some point (much to my great sadness).

Blowing up lab equipment in Crey Lab maps sometimes gives Keen Sight, which is +50% to hit for 5 minutes.

Not really reliable for our purposes though.

I can't recall any pleasing or fun mission which also has a map with that room in it. It's the cake room of labs.

CtJ can only buff up to 8 targets and that sometimes means some of that buff goes to non combat pets

Going back to Focused Accuracy, that should actually be added to the list. While it doesn't help Scrappers and Stalkers it is also available to Defenders and Corruptors so they could use it either to eliminate the need for a Kismet IO or to give them a bit more margin for debuffs (plus it provides To Hit Debuff Resistance which most of the other items listed do not).

I wish it was like that, a down arrow that is.

Though none of my non-set enhancers have images any more, I installed a replacement pack that uses nothing but shiny glass-like pogs... I *only* go by color now.

Tis not. The problem is the dark-yellow debuff vs yellow buff. Blame Cryptic for that.
