Peacebringer power in game says it can take ATO when it can't

Nothing says all the aspects of the IOs have to work just fine in a power. I'm not sure if it would let you slot it or not (I'd assume so), but at the very least, the ATO proc function work just fine there if it does.

I have one unslotted Kheldian's Grace, but it won't go in White Dwarf Sublimation.
OK. I was able to spare an enhancement unslotter. Had more left than I thought from super packs.
I unslotted the Kheldian's Grace Recharge/Form Empowerment and placed it in my enhancement tray then picked it up to see if I could place it in White Dwarf Sublimation. Nope. White Dwarf Sublimation can NOT take the Kheldian's Grace ATO set at all. I unslotted another ATO to be sure and no this power can't take the ATO set at all. I can't think of a single enhancement set where a power will only take 1 of the set and not the whole thing. It's either all of the set or you can't slot any of it.
#1 Kheldian's Grace clearly states: This enhancement can only be slotted by Peacebringers and Warshades and may be slotted into any of their >Damage< powers.
#2 White Dwarf Sublimation is a self heal only power and can not be used on NPCs or other players.
#3 After testing, White Dwarf Sublimation can NOT take the ATO set at all.
#4 Except for the Recharge/Form Empowerment, all of the other 5 in the Kheldian ATO set enhances damage. Sure, White Dwarf Sublimation "could" use the non damage aspects of the ATO, but the fact remains that the set is a "damage" set and thus the power can not accept the set at all.
I have a free program called Irfanview that has a screen shot function. I press alt+enter to put the game in windowed mode and that is the only way I can take a screen shot while in the enhancement manage window since pressing prnt scrn in game doesn't do anything. But......I see no way to provide a screen shot on the forums. I'm guessing it's either a VIP only feature, or there is a way to do it but I don't know how. So at this time I am unable to provide evidence on the subject to you guys. 
You can't upload images to the forums (VIP or free), but nothing stops you from uploading to a free hosting site (like imageshack.us) and then posting the URL here (the [img=URL] tag might be VIP-only).
From the sound of it, it is indeed a text error. A bit odd, since I presumed the Categories list was generated based on the data for what categories it supported automatically.

I am fully aware that there were powers which showed they could take enhancements they actually couldn't. Forgive me if I misunderstand but it sounds like you are saying The text error on this particular power does not exist. Or are you saying the developers are already aware of the problem? Issue 21.5 was released to the liver servers December 6th 2011 and they either missed a few powers, or just don't see it as a priority of any kind, like other bugs in the game.

....I wasn't refuting you. I was explaining to Kitsune that her assumption about how the powers list what enhancements they take is incorrect. They corrected a number of the errors a couple issues ago. You've clearly found one they missed, don't be so defensive please :P

However, the set restrictions are applied in addition to the traditional enhancement type restrictions. Kheldian's Grace ATOs are technically damage enhancements, even the special. White Dwarf Sublimation only takes Endurance Reduction, Heal, and Recharge enhancements.
It's only a text 'error' if this is intended as the one and only ATO set that will ever be added. If they plan to add other ATO sets based on enhancing something besides damage they would clearly want all of the powers in an AT flagged ahead of time to take relevant ATO's, even if they couldn't take the current ones.
I was placing my ATOs for my Peacebringer into a couple powers when I had my mouse hover over a power and thought I saw something wrong. I put my mouse back over that power and sure enough, it has a text error.
White Dwarf Sublimation - Self Heal
Allowed Enhancement Set categories: Kheldian archetype sets, Healing
Notice anything wrong? This power is a self heal only and does not do any damage or interact with enemies or other players at all. It can NOT accept ATOs at all. I noticed this after I had placed my ATOs on a couple powers and didn't want to wast an enhancement unslotter, trying to use them sparingly, to remove an ATO and see if White Dwarf Sublimation would highlight when I pick up the ATO from my enhancement tray, but I don't recall seeing it highlight when I was placing them.
