Question about new rewards
Quote:
"Please remember that you must have had an ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION during the period spanning December 1st, 2011 and March 31st, 2012 in order to be eligible for these rewards!"
In the page found here, I have noticed that it says that you have to have had an active subscription between a certain timeframe ending at March 31st. What I need to know is, does that mean an active account, or does it mean you actually have to have been a VIP during that time? That needs to be written more clearly. I would have posted this in the discussion thread for it, however for some reason I do not have the permissions to post in there. I don't know why, but that's beside the point.

How hard is it for people to understand that you had to maintain a VIP SUBSCRIPTION during the mentioned time period?!

Subscription is the same as VIP ("VIP" was even called that before the freem option was added).

Extra snarky response for no reason...check. Well looks like you will fit right in here.
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
Well, considering people subscribe, in multiple senses of the word, to the game just by playing it, I needed a clarification before I got my hopes up. Thank you for your generous, albeit slightly bitter, clarifications.
There's no such thing as an inactive account anymore. Active subscription = VIP. If you're not a VIP then you are free or premium, which is the equivalent of inactive pre-Freedom (i.e., you're not paying a subscription).
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
Any game referring to a subscription to the game will always be referring to a paid subscription : i.e. $/month.

um... it's perfectly clear. It uses the word "subscription". If you're not paying a monthly (or quarterly, annual, etc) fee, you're not subscribed.

Sorry for the late response. And sorry for being a bit rude earlier. I was tired and a bit grumpy that day. Please forgive me.
