Points at this point are pretty much at random, although mine have been showing at the end of a monthly billing cycle, actually after the Reward Token.

Points are supposed to be on your renewal date. If it's been more than 24 hours after your renewal date, go to https://support.cityofheroes.com/ and choose "ask a question". State your issue.

Points are supposed to be applied according to your billing cycle. This may or may not be happening in your situation, but there was an issue identified earlier this year, where player who opted for the 12+2 month renewal option had their points date changed toward the end of the month. In my case, my billing cycle ends on the 18th of the month, but I now get my PPs on the 28th.
I get my reward token around the 23rd, which I'm still trying to figure out.

Oddly similar here. My billing date is around the 8th, and I'm getting my points around the 28th as well. I get my reward token closer to the middle of the month (15th or so).
Hmm, both of our tokens are about a week after our billing date, and both of our points are on the 28th. Coincidence?
My billing date is the 29th, but my points always seem to arrive between the 19th - 23rd of the month. My token...why I get that on the 8th...I have no idea. I pretty much just hope I get them each month, and have had to petition missing each a couple of times.

My Characters
My billing date is the 14th. Since Freedom, payments have been taken on the 13th, whereas prior to Freedom, my payments were taken in the evening on the 14th.
According to my billing summary, my points are issued on the 15th. I received mine on the 14th this month. Unsure if that is normal for my account.
I usually receive my token 2-3 weeks after billing.

Ask, and they will fix it. At least, asking this month got my points on the tenth, instead of the 28th - will see if it moves fully to the 8th or so in May.
Tokens go off the old veteran reward dates (especially if you have been subbed since pre-Freedom) so things like refer a friend and even the trial (if you started with one) will affect the time needed, moving it "forward" from the end of the billing month.

I never considered sending a trouble ticket to have the day for the points moved. I'll have to consider that, thanks for pointing it out.

What's the schedule for receiving Paragon Points and Reward Tokens when you subscribe to VIP status? The only stickies I found pointed to the site, which doesn't have that information.
I'm asking because I noticed I didn't get any new points after subscribing. I remember the tokens are supposed to be at the end of the billing cycle, but I thought the points were immediately applied.
