It depends. Generally I run Rebirth +max HP. I don't need the heal myself, but my pets and lore pets do and it is nice to have just in case. If I'm going up vs Arachnos and I'm doing it at x8 or something, I'll take Ageless for the defence debuff resistance and end. If I'm doing MoM or something, Barrier with x2 rez is an option.
And in this build I have no trouble with end because I run cardiac. Well, no, tell a lie, vs massive endurance drains I do struggle a little, but apart from that, I am fine. In fact, even without Cardiac I do pretty well for end so I sometimes run muscular.
Nightfire 9
All of those slots in the armors are wasted and are better served reducing end elsewhere. Changed a few other slots, but as few as possible in order just to get you some end. The change to TTLeadership is just for a few more points of def (+ the occasional free build-up).
This has you gaining about 1.6 end/sec.
Play with this a bit and see what you think. After playing for awhile, your Alpha should suggest itself to you, but I would personally go with Agility Core for the +Rech, +EndMod, and +Def.

Can you please take this topic elsewhere and spoiler the builds you posted? They are cluttering up the thread. I'll take a look at the bane later, but as for Hybrid, it depends what you want. Extra defence for you, or buffing your pets.
Anyway, provided the new ATO hits in its current form, this will be my new build. Remember to add on 3-5% melee defence (3 uncatylized, 5 catylized). I've had a look at this build using my build magic, and it boosts longfangs DPA to around 124 from 94. A slight increase in general res. But the main thing is the fair DPS increase for my single target attack chain, and it lets me string togther Longfang and Chaingun indefinatly.

I'm going to go try and solo an ITF as soon as the new ATOs hit and I'm getting ready now. I'm stocking up on astrals to buy ultimates and super level inspirations, collecting temp powers, and I'm going to have the hybrid melee for res or defence.

If you're doing it +1 or less, don't worry, it's easy.
If you're trying it +4x8 then I strongly suggest triple stacking immobilize capability as Rommy is a Gold Medal Track Star. The lack of immobilize is what made me have to respec.

I think +1 to start with, just to get the hang of it, then I'll try it at something harder.
The last Crab spider that did a Solo ITF took over 4hour of game time, and it take more that one day of his time to do it. At the end it will be more a battle of endurance instead of skill.
IF you Want to prove your skill I would suggest to make a Custome AE missh with different challenge that resemble ITF, Like clear all Giant map with Ambush, KIll object with Ambush, Kill several AV at the Same time.
At least if you want ppl to come with you and watch you clear it. Otherwise better record it and post it in the forum.

Spider's Bite, I'm assuming is going into Longfang right? I took a look at it and was like, "Hmm, what happened to Longfang?" If that is where you're putting the new ATO set, then I must say that your build looks really solid. How are you on endurance use with this build? I saw 3.something gained and then 1.25 drained, so I was just curious.

My end is 0.85 outgoing, the extra 0.40 is from double sprints being turned on.

personally i dont like the presence pool powers as to get max effectiveness you have to dedicate almost 6 slots to the power
I taunt by opening with Venom, Heavy Burst, eFences, and jumping into melee. It's not a true taunt, but if you can get the first two or three into the targets, most everything will focus on you. Of course I've always been a bit darwinian: "Adapt yourself to the team or die". Don't expect someone else to save you. Hence no taunt in my builds.
Soloing really hard targets, I'll go in alone for 10 seconds, get immobilize locked down, then summon the pets. By that time the target is more than sufficiently annoyed with me to ignore the pets for the duration.
Of a mixed mind on the pets. Keep them alive and on hard single targets that 1000+ dps is great. On the other hand, they die easily on higher difficulty settings, and AoE is king in general content. You can definitely swap pets for more AoE and nuke down more groups.
If I wasn't already running a huntsman for level 1-45 malfactoring, I'd be running 3 crab builds. Offensive Nuking Crab (less or no pets), Offensive with Pets Crab, Defensive Tanking (but not taunting) Crab.

This is a none tanking one I am working on. I'm probably not going to use it ever, but as a mental exercise it was fun to build. It drops provoke for manuevers, as gains about 4-5% def to all, more recharge, perma pets (2 seconds off), more purples, better damage.
Longfan has IO stands in for the Spider's bite ATO. For every attack, add 8.4 damage per animation to represent spider's bite proc.
It would probably be possible to tank with this, if you attacked first and didn't stop attacking ever on AoE fights. ST, less likely.

Also, on the future of my build, I've got a couple of choices.
With hybrid coming out, I can change the way I play a fair bit.
Assualt is a straight up damage boost, either with the double hit mechanic, or the straight up damage boost proc. This turns me into more of a corrupter type damage dealer with high defences. This will probably be my BAF/Lam/Keyes/UG/MoM/TPN general buff, great on the annoying AV fights.
Melee simply makes me tankier and gives me a damage aura. This is more something I'll do on TFs where I am tanking. And it depends on the TF and if I want more def (ITF) or more res (anything no arachnos/cim).
Support I don't know enough to work with, so lets leave it for now.
Control is the biggest change, as it turns Supression from its current godly form (with ATO slotted) into something even better. With my 2 spamable ATOs, I'll be doing a lot more spawn locking down than normal. This I will use for farm, soloing and whenever controls are needed.
If you move the 6th slot where the Panacea +HP/End is in Serum and put it into Health, it'll pretty much proc almost constantly for about +54 HP. If you slot Serum with 5 Panaceas, your Call Reinforcements will be about 1.2 seconds from perma Otherwise, nice build

Does Panacea proc the end when in health?
If so, I'll be reslotting my heal for the extra recharge.
I will have to see when I play ArachniBlast again here tomorrow night after work. I'll have to turn on my combat log to see. I can honestly say that I see it proc a lot for the HP mainly when slotted into Health. I'll let you know what I find out. I looked at it in Mids and it says 7.5% endurance, but it doesn't state whether or not in PvE and/or PvP situations. It just says a 20% chance just like the HP part. I'm thinking it's maybe more so random than the HP part. But then again, that's an assumption, and you know what happens when you assume

So this character started out as a "lets try this" and quickly became my main. She is strong, able to solo GMs, tank incarnate trials and TF, ticket farm and PL, leap over a building.
She is generally a fun character to play, and I've just finished off her build, spent a few bil and I'm still tweaking.
For my single target attack chain, I can loop Chain gun and Longfang with very little delay.
For AoE, I start with venom grenade, supression, then I move into melee range to hit them with Frenzy then Arm Lash. If need be, I'll use combat jumping to move back and hit off supression, venom grenade again.
