what's the lowdown on the new Steel arcs?

How do you access them?
Are they long?
Are they fun?

You can either Ouro them (in the 20-24 category) or go straight to the contacts.

Laura Lockhart is due east of Posi and Co., Graham Easton is farther NE than that.

Each arc is 4-5 missions long, fairly brisk, and I found them great fun.

Both are fairly short. Both contacts are located in Steel Canyon and can be begun as early as level 15, though a character must be at least 20 to access them via Ouroboros (c.f. Mercedes Sheldon and Darrin Wade's arcs).

I enjoyed both, though I found Graham's (Tsoo) arc a bit quicker and easier than Laura's (5th Column/Council) arc. Laura's arc is very similar in theme and tone to quite a few we've seen recently, notably in Praetoria, but I still enjoyed it. Graham's is less thematically "heavy," being a more action-oriented tale, but also quite enjoyable.

They don't show up in your list automatically like Montague or anything, but if you hit the "Find Contact" button they're there.

Really? I thought they were in the 15-20 range. So they start at the same level as Nance?

They're in the 20-25 level range in Ouroboros.
This mission can be started at level 15, that's the level Graham an Laura show up using the find contacts badge.

the Tsoo mission is way better then the 5th/Council war.

Graham is a whiny, ungrateful, little, @#$%.
There are two highlights in his arc which I felt was a bit too short and mediocore otherwise.
1. TSOO OUT OF MOTHER@#$%ING NOWHERE!
2. MORTAL KOMBAT!!! DADA-DADA-DADADA-DADA! DADA-DADA-DADADA-DADA! DADA-DADA-DADADA-DADA! DA-DA-DADADA!

The Laura Lockhart mission timers are really lame if you're a level 20 controller and the NPC backup keeps getting snagged on scenery.

A good tactic is to break Leon's teather with you in the middle of the timed area before the spawns appear - then you can clear the trigger spawns solo, then rejoin him for the timed part.
