I haven't seen Random in a while, but I haven't seen her husband in a while as well.
Your best may be to ask folks in the American Legion. I know both were part of that group while I was a member.

Actually it's fairly normal, in my experience. MMOs (and text-based MUDs before them) allow people with crippling or even terminal illnesses a chance to socialize and enjoy the company of other people without having to leave their homes or care facilities. I have made friends with many people who have passed on over the years. I remember them for their awesome characters, not their disorders.
I feel like I saw her on my globals online a week or so ago but haven't spoken to her since I left the AL. I'll be asking around now though.
Prior to hearing about this, I actual remember seeing Random in the Pocket D tailor, I didn't talk to her like I normal do, which might have been a mistake on my part. Also why I've been concerned. I've yet to hear any news on if she did pass or not. That bothers me.
As far as I know, she simply decided to stop playing.
It seems to have been confirmed by RP Virtue, The American Legion (of which her husband is a member) as well as The Cape Radio mentioning it. I haven't seen her in over a month, and when I last did she told me some troubling health related news so I guess this is either true or a bit pre-mature on her supergroups part.

I was the one who informed the Cape of it. But never had any official confirmation. That is why I've been trying to find out. I was told of Random presumed death by the play of Crey Security/Dead Girls Don't Cry. I too knew of Random's health issues, but nothing more. A lot of people have asked about her since the unofficial announcement and we just would like to try to find out the truth so we can pay our proper respects if it is true.
Last night I was approached in the Pocket D and told a friend of mine and several others has passed away. I'm trying to find out if this is true or not. Obsequies/Random Misstell, I know I haven't seen her in some time, and I'm trying not to jump to conclusions but this new has me and several others concerned. If anyone knows anything please let me know. I'd hate to think another wonderful person has been taken away too soon. If it is true, my deepest sympathies to her family and friends. She will be missed.
