Anyone else getting a load of temp powers?

A while ago they added a bunch of new temp powers. At the same time they increased the temp recipe drop rate to its current level. So in that sense it's probably WAI, although they do fill up the recipe tray rather quickly. They drop in a separate pool to other recipes, so it shouldn't affect your other drops.

I'm getting nothing but temp power recipes yeah I'll get a recipe here and there after gaining like 20 temp powers and it's a crappy recipe that sells for like 100-5k Influ.
I just ran a few trials and got like 4 temp powers and that's it nothing else cept a few salvage but I don't care for salavge drops I want recipes...REAL recipes. I can do any map doesn't matter what one I'll walk out with more temp powers then anything else. Even with all my 50's I can do missions,farms solo on the streets I no matter what get temp powers. I have no need for those worthless temp power recipes and think it's a big mistake the GM's added to this game.

However, they were added to the game, and before they changed the drop rate, the only 4 temp powers out there were expensive as all heck because they *only* dropped in the low levels with any certainty. Above level 15 (or so it seemed) they disappeared completely.
And they are not entirely useless; they add a good bit of extra damage to characters that lack full on attack chains or without much direct damage. I can't count how many Plasmatic Tasers and Revolvers I've used on my Controllers.

I can understand how frustrated the op is. Personally I love the temp powers and use them all the time. 1 power i really love is the ST. Louis Slammer. You can craft another recipe even if you already have some uses left in the power thus increasing the amount of uses in it. I've had it up to over 60 uses often times. For low level characters or when being exemplared down to where you don't have many attack powers usable, temp powers come in handy when you're waiting for what powers you can use to recharge. And why delete them? You could sell them to a vendor. Depending on what power it is and what the salvage is to craft it (there are generally 3 versions of the recipes requiring higher and higher level salvage to make. the higher level salvage it requires, the more a vendor will give you for it), you could make as much as 2k or more per recipe at a vendor. It's free inf dude. 
And some recipes do go for a few thousand inf in the auction such as the med pack, kinetic dampener. Personally I love the recovery serum. It's saved my butt a few times going solo against elite bosses in missions.

well let's say you're in the middle of a farm. you can either exit, go to the vendor and sell your 20 temp powers for 40k, or delete them all, save the time and make room for common recipes that are 60k+ a piece and whatever crap snipe/immob/stun recipes you get trying for decent drops. (i delete those too, only thing i vendor are common recipes, but i really hate vendor trips/rezoning )

#3 I have purchased the first 4 recipe slot upgrades (out of 10) and on my, so far only, level 50 character I can carry 45 recipes

This is one thing I use global email for - store some there whilst in mish then reclaim and sell them after completing the mish

yes i can understand your frustration, you go on a misson hopping for a purple, you get temps, and not very good ones. and if you need a certain recipe you either have to pay the price in WW/bm or maybe spend real money tobuy at market.
geee a less trusting person would almost think they are doing it to get you to spend real cash. Sorry they would never do that.

(First off its like 6am right now I don't know if I posted this in the right section if I did, correct me please.)
So while doing anything on any of my characters while teaming or soloing no matter what I seem to always gather temp power left and right.
I can be farming for drops in BM map and walk out with 6 temp power recipes delete them go back in come back out with like 7 temp power recipes this time and like one orig crappy IO.
What gets me the most, is I popped a Windfall, temp power after temp power after crappy io after temp power in that hour I must of gained about 20 or more Temp Power recipes and normal IO's and only ONE decent IO and that was a Numina's but doesn't matter what lv character I am on or what I am doing I seem to only be getting temp power recipes as drops and it's rather annoying the crap out of me.
Is anyone else having this issues, and Dev's if you see this, what info can you give me about why I am getting more temp power recipes then anything else? I've never had this issue before and when I came back to CoH from being gone for a year all I get majority of the times are Temp Power recipes.
