Missing this month's Paragon Points

Having bought 6(+1) months of gameplay in late december, I am to be considered a VIP. However, it is now 12 days into February, I have not played the game at all in this month due to RL stuff but still havent received my paragon points! I checked my game account to see if I had missed something, but it hasn't mentioned any microtransactions for this month...

Bottomline, I haven't got my P-point sallary this month

Edit: Oh and yes, I usually get my paragon points at the start of the month.

  1. Open a browser and go to http://us.ncsoft.com/en/
  2. Click on the Log In link at the top of the page.
  3. Log into your NCSoft account
  4. Click on Billing Summary
  5. Scroll down to "Microtransactions (Last 90 days)
This will show when you last got your point stipend and should allow you to see if you are really and truly overdue. Note, there's usually some "wiggle room" of 1-3 days from month to month. My current last three stipends show:


  • November 30th
  • December 27th
  • January 29th

Wow I see I'm not the only one who didn't get their stipend this month. Big surprise...

Unfortunately, this has been a long-standing issue that's been going on for many months. I've been mostly following this topic regarding the situation, but there hasn't been a recent acknowledgement of the situation from anyone, though I'm sure a few people are hoping for progress in getting this resolved.

I've gotten my points on the 28th for the last three months. I hope it comes on time this month because the Roman set disappears on the 29th and that's the only way I'll be able to get it *and* have points for Staff Fighting when it comes out. You guys and your missing points are worrying me.

So far petitioning it has only gotten me the standard form that it's being escalated. So glad being a VIP gets me such outstanding customer service.

Given that it's the weekend? You might see some sort response/action Monday or Tuesday. That's what happened with me the last time I had to have something settled.

Yeah with it being the weekend it was semi-expected. Though I did get a response telling me if I don't see them by the end of the week to put in another petition. Though that really didn't fill me with confidence that as a VIP my issue mattered. Felt like a brush off to me.

Mine are also running about a week late.

Mine were coming around the ~15th or so. However, after my renewal in December on the 12+2 special, my time moved to the ~28th.

When I sent in a query, the GM looked it up and gave me the new date. He had no good reason why it moved. There was a thread in Player Questions about it and several folks seemed to have moved, too.

Best I can tell, doing the X+Y special moved the renewal/award date.

can't say I'm happy to be in the same boat.

when I embraced this business model, my reason for doing so was the expectations that the increase in funds would provide better quality for the overall game, that includes better quality products, getting things <issues, booster packs, etc..> out in a timely, organised manner.

Seeing it firsthand, I am left with a <for lack of a better way to say it> "thrown in the back seat and told to STFU" kind of feeling...

What happened? Something somewhere went wrong, and that's NOT okay.

If quality of product drops, then so will the income. Being that I run my own home business, I can attest to this.

I'm not interested in pointing fingers, I'm not interested in getting anyone in trouble. I'm interested in getting what I paid for, on time, every time.

My billing date is the 1st of the month. However, I get my paragon reward tokens around the 20th of the month.

ok so my yearly anniversary is this month. I received one reward token a few days earlier than I expected to get any tokens. I am aware that I am supposed to receive two this month. Can anyone who has successfully gotten them tell me if they got them on the same day? Or should I put in a petition?
