Secondary Mutation giving the "drop" sound effect
It's that way on beta also. I noticed it but it's no big deal.

Running on beta tonight, both I and my friend noticed, in a Safeguard mission, that the "drop" effect also turns up upon seeing "The bank is being robbed!" and "The robbers are getting away!" messages. It's as if the game's treating almost any such message as a "reward drop". It's not a gamebreaker by any means, but it's definitely annoying . . . there's clearly SOME problem with the coding going on.

Happens with Tip drops too.
Also happens in Siren's Call PvP when your bounty target changes.

From what I've noticed, it accompanies pretty much any popup display text. Which is totally wrong. :/

Either get rid of the sound completely, or set it back the way it was. As it is more annoying than useful now.
Yeah, because the coin drop sound which has always ONLY been associated with receiving a loot item (enhancement, enhancement recipe) was always a bug. And they fixed that now.

I have found one good use for it: When I run the mission from Robert Flores, where I have to steal the file on Eddie Polstra, I always run to the end, get the file, then wait for the time to run out, so I can slaughter the PPD for XP.
Now I can read a book while I wait for the timer to finish. I just have to listen for the sound every 30 seconds.
Yeah, I thought I was positively rolling in enhs and salvage and so on running the last Keyes I was on, what was all the pinging noises. Boo

Whenever the Secondary Mutation power activates (either via click or as an auto), in addition to its usual sound effect, it now also gives the coin-like "ping" sound normally associated with receiving a reward drop (salvage, enhancement, etc). I hope this wasn't intentional; it's distracting at best, and annoying at worst.
