Ahh the glory of people not really thinking things through...
You can control via looking... ok but how do i fire my guns or powers? keyboard or touchpad! What if I want look somewhere else without the actions following where i'm looking for example, there is a corner coming up and im firing at a hard monster... if i look away from the hard monster i stop firing but if i don't look to check i can get jacked by another monster i don't know exists or not...
not really an "improvement" but i could see it as an addition like voice recognition.

Motion control in video games was a stupid idea, and now they're ratcheting stupid up to the next level.
There's no way they can make this work properly with an actual human test group. Anyone who's easily-distracted or has tunnel vision is going to be misclicking left, right, center, top, and bottom.
I could see this tech being useful for physically impaired people and maybe for some types of GUI-lite games like first person shooters. I just don't think it would give you the kind of precise control you'd really need for a MMO. Every time you'd look around to check out your HPs or buff indicators you'd potentially move chaotically around or mess up your targeting. 
Maybe this'll get better in the future, but I just don't see it being worthwhile now for something like CoH.

Sounds like they're trying to make people more lazy. 
Yes, awesome for the handicapped who could use this technology, but for everyone else, they really don't need it.
