I got CoH:CE AFTER i21, no issue, time and items on my account.
Last week i got CoV reg edition and it told me a had to make a new account.
I think the CE's are an upgrade and therefor you can get that on your own account.
Note:
When i applied the CoV code it told me to make a new account/2nd account. But you can decline and the code will not be used. If the CoV:CE does that too, petition it and get CS to add the code to your account.

I'm quite certain Dark Energon is correct. Applying a CE code is considered an upgrade by the game, and will allow you to apply to an existing account.
Speaking from experience, I know it *used* to work this way (many moons ago, I applied both CoH:CE and CoV:CE to my account). Dark Energon's post-I21 success at applying a CE code would suggest it still works this way.

A code should be valid as long as it adds something other than subscription time to the account.

Summary: I think everyone is saying the CE purchase will allow you to add both time and the CE "rewards" to your current account.

Amazing how the most innocuous internet threads devolve into displays of high drama. Dark Energon, I didn't see anybody try to disparage you at all. There were simply legitimate questions being asked about the meaning of one of your sentences. Nobody was "taking a shot" at you -- not from my perspective anyways.

Part 1 of the statement: I got CoH:CE AFTER i21,
Part 2 of the statement: no issue,
Part 3 of the statement: time and items on my account.
Part 2 is caused by part 1, but modifies part 3 as used.
If Part 2 was "I had no issue applying it to my account" and Part 3 was "I got both time and items on my account." then comma/semicolon would be okay.
I got CoH:CE AFTER i21. I had no issue applying it, and when I did I got both time and items on my account.
See? That is what he was trying to say, yet failed to do so.

If you used this ona currently-VIP account: You should get your points when your current month expires and your new month begins (the day after what would have been your "billing date" if you hadn't extended it with your box code).
If you used this on a previously-Premium account (now temporarily VIP): You should have gotten your points the day after you put in the box code. If not, send a support request to support@ncsoft.com or the Ask a Question tab of the knowledge base. (Preemies don't get in-game support.)

With the change over to Freedom, how is time from physical boxes handled? Got a gift card and trying to decide between buying the CoV Collector's Edition or the basic NCsoft game time card. I heard the way boxes were handled changed and I'm trying to make sure I don't mess up.
