Well on that mission the beginning phase is to just clear a crapload of minion-boss class spawns, the backup just makes that part go faster. You can actually lead them to one spawn and once they have the aggro, go solo the next closest spawn in order to speed it up a bit- Rinse and repeat to get through the first part more quickly and ultimately get your table faster. Plus I got a funny screen out of it. |

Some snaps of my first PB, started last week, called The Altruist. I was going for hippy-cream tinted hero in old-school tights before the costume editor led me astray.
With his helmet on he looks like a three-headed matchstick. With his helmet off, the Doofus hair and the Vanguard mask looks like a furry cross between an Alien Skull and a puppy. He plays like it too. I have much to learn.

A couple images of Incarnate:
The first is of Lucas Colston, the identity he goes back to when visiting his mother in Steel Canyon, or when trying to keep a low profile on the city streets.
The second is Incarnate's normal outfit...though typically he has the Rook chest detail (forgot to disable the SG emblem). Colston's mind immediately went to his idol Statesman, and the simple costume bears testament to that. Notice he appears appreciably older and much more built, in his mid-to-late 20's.
With normal chest emblem:
Finally, we have the Armored Incarnate. This is what Incarnate changes into for particularly difficult challenges (read: Task Forces and Trials). He knows he isn't invincible, and thus is adding layers of protection to his uniform.

My WS, Etherrender. Hero/Vigilante/Villain costumes. Haven't made it all the way to villain yet so if you see him on Freedom its most likely you'll see him in the middle one.

What can I say. I like my Khelds. And I can tell you about... oh, pretty much every one of them and their specific reason for existing. (Such as duplicate Voidbanes - the Virtue version is the "original," the Victory is (was) restricted to human form on creation due to a mission gone very badly wrong... continuation of her personal story arc. Gregor Malkov's her second, and the actual founder of the group, on Virtue. I could probably type a few pages just on Voidbane.)
