I use Celerity Stealth in Super Speed for many of my characters, and never had that problem.

So if you have one slotted in Sprint, you cannot slot one into Super Speed/Flight/Super Leap.

Found it! I didn't know you could not slot more than 1 stealth. I actually have one slotted in Super Jump.

I keep reading "Celerity" as "celery" and wondering why people need to slot it in their build. Doesn't it normally go in the bread stuffing?

The stealth procs are somewhat unusual since the exclusion applies to the stealth proc from other travel sets.
