But would he have male influence? That's presuming his father was still in the picture. Granted, he'd potentially have all the guys in say, the Justice League as role models.

But let's be honest, Batman? Not that good of a role model. Guy Gardner? Again, not that good. Wally and/or Barry? Probably good. Supes would be the best that he could hope for, but then you have Lois wondering why Clark is spending all that time with some other woman's kid. Especially Diana's.

I think it will depend on where WW raised her son.

I think if WW was with the father, there's less likely hood of the son living on the island, and more likely frequent visits.

If the father is out ofthe picture, more likely (imo) that he'll be living on the island.

I disagree about Batman not being a good role model. He consistently produces some of the finest and most-respected heroes in the game. And they tend to take in his strengths while leaving his weaknesses.

Batman is a role model in the sense of "Don't let yourself become this". Beyond that, his Wayne persona is a womanizing playboy who occasionally does good things with his money.

I know I wouldn't want my kid spending a significant amount of time around him lest they become just as much of a buzzkill as Buzz Killington aka Batman.

The kids around him tend to take an opposite approach personality-wise, though, and Batman pretty much encourages that. They have fun with the job and get to do some good at the same time.

Hmmm...now I wonder. Batman is one of the top fighters in DCU, just not the top, but is he a better fighter than the amazons? This I now want to know!

Has Batman ever actually fought a fair fight? Seems the only way he'll fight is if he manages to stack the deck immensely against his opponent. Though he pretty much has to if he wants to live for more than five seconds against the power levels he goes up against.

Yes he is. But with Wonder Woman's physical abilities she's basically the most dangerous fighter.

An average amazon, I'd see Batman as a Level 30 StJ/SR vs a Level 20 SS/WP.

But against WW, I'd see this as a Level 30 StJ/SR vs a Level 40 SS/WP.

It's more likely that Diana's son would have an upbringing closer to hers so he would already have a foundation of Greek fighting styles before she allowed him to have other instructors.

Batman would be at the top of their wishlist for teachers, but if he's still active at that point he may not have the time to dedicate to instructing him, so he'll probably get training sessions with the usual suspects of DCU fighting masters like Wildcat, Black Canary, and Richard Dragon. I wouldn't be surprised if the boy received instruction from Tim Drake or Dick Grayson, either, since he could benefit from a smaller age gap between himself and his instructors.

To be fair, the DC vs Marvel miniseries was based on reader votes, and most people (I won't say all) voted purely on popularity and not on who'd actually win.

To be fair, I'd say most DC counterparts would win in a fight versus their Marvel counterparts, but DC and Marvel have a big gap in power levels between their heroes and villains.

I don't see why. Karate Kid's big thing is he's a great martial artist, but so is the Bat, and he fights dirty. Really dirty.

Against Cap, it could go either way.

Karate Kid's thing was that he was the best Martial Artist in the Galaxy ... not just Terran martial arts, but ALL martial arts. (And the man once held his own against Four of the Fatal Five using nothing but his wits and physical prowess.)

So, yeah. He should fully be capable of beating people who fight dirty.
