Farm Lady Winter you can solo her mission in like 3 minutes. It's better on teams because she has a nasty damage debuff. Had to use Placate to let the debuff go away because my Total Focus was doing like 30 damage or something.
(Plus you say 'Lady Winter team' on broadcast in Freedom Pocket D and in 1 minute you have 8 ppl)
the winter horde baddies all have chances to drop the candy canes, i ran lady winters mish for hours yesterday and killing to the altars and lady winter i made up to about 120 candy canes, i would prolly get more if i killed all the mobs before going after lady winter

I've never noticed the damage debuff, and no way whatever damage debuff she has would cause your TF to hit for 30. That said being in melee with her still isnt a hot idea because of her huge stacking resistance debuff.|

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

I fought her on my lvl 34 Beam Blaster but she was an AV and I have no set bonuses to last long.

Anyway it looked like a pretty hefty debuff to me, I'd get a combat log but there are days I just can't log in to the game (burnout). Doesn't matter much anyway because at least on freedom it seems a lot of people don't know how to get the mission (go figure) or find her difficult because all the time they're 'lf lady W team' and you can assemble one in no time. I stopped farming her solo after I saw so many people asking, plus it's faster because by the time people enter the mission I have already destroyed 2 or all 3 boxes |

I just killed her using my 51 Ninja/FF MM. She actually has no level. She is like a Giant Monster right?
At first I thought you have to fight her as GM (why else would people need to seek for a team?) but then I joined one team and Lady is only Elite.
Oh well, I find it more satisfying to kill her as GM or AV. It's an AV with no level. The first time I set it at +1 and then I set it at +4. I don't notice her being much more difficult at +4 setting.
Lady should be pretty tough for melee that doesn't have -slow/recharge resistance. She does tons of -recharge debuff. Luckily my Ninjas are not affected by it but her two Ice Swords are actually melee cones. T_T

And if all that -recharge is hurting folks, then that's probably to get them to buy the Slow Resistance Winter's Gift proc.
