Yep I think almost all of them started roughly around the middle of December give or take.
Sort of surprised it hasn't been announced yet, but I would still assume it'll start some time next week.

Of course, if they'd stick to the same weekend people could at least reserve time off from work early enough.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Of course it's possible that they got in touch with that dimensions Doctor and now are his companions.

Actually in a deleted scene the human Doctor was given a TARDIS seed and instructions on how to rapidly grow a new TARDIS from it, so he does have one. Also the TARDIS has its own phone anyway. And answering machine.
