What to do with this spare change?
You should definitely make someone working for $11 hour spend the time to deal with your eighty cents worth of virtual money.

There are some 60 point items aren't there? I believe I paid 60 for one of the Gunslinger pistol models I wanted for my DP corr.

Greatness, I sound like a horrible person for saying that >.>
unfortunately since every non-sale item ends with 5 or 0 in the singles digit, you're going to be more or less stuck with the spare 2 points until you hit another sale item and juggle things around to break at 0.

Isn't it every 1200 paragon points you spend, you get 1 reward token? Or am I being stupid and it only matters if you earn them?
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

But a monthly sub does count for Paragon Rewards Points, which is where I think people conflate the 400/550 points award with the one reward token you get per month.
You can buy some of the alternate weapon models for 20pp as I recall. Vanguard Swords are always popular.
So I got the 5 XP boosters at a reduce price, but it has left me with a piddly amount of change. 62 points.
So I can buy 1 40 point item, but still be left with 22 points. And I want to try and spend it all or have it credited to my account for the paragon reward program.
So what should I do? Petition, ask? What?
