The Halloween Mansion
Make it only during the Halloween season, like the Ski Chalet, and you've got a deal.
Having holiday-themed missions, locations, events, etc. accessible year round really makes one get sick of them quickly and they lose all the magic. I'm looking at Zombie Invasions and Banner Events.

Much as I love the Mansion, and I hate that my play time has been very restricted during the event so far this year, I agree with people who say that it would detract from the fun of the even to be able to access it all year, even if it was just to look at the maps.

Death is part of my attack chain.
I don't think there's any real need to make it accessible from all three zones.

What comes with the Halloween Season should stay in the Halloween Season.
Simple* Suggestion:
Leave the Dr. Kane's mansion zone in the game year-round. Just leave it as an easter egg that you can find if you know where to look. Don't necessarily leave the mission there, but at least the zone for people to explore. Have it be accessible from each of the three sides in the game from some sort of appropriate location.
I was thinking that someplace in Dark Astoria for Heroes, by the hanging tree for Villains, and I'm not exactly sure where from Praetoria, but somewhere.
*Simple to suggest, maybe not to code.
