I soooo wish I could put a fin on it! And I wish there was an option for 1 glowing eye. I'm using the Beastly glow in a hot pink so it slowly blinks in and out and looks great...but 2 eyes.

could try combat aura on one eye? I know it's not in the middle, but might serve the purpose 
Bear in mind that I know nothing of this Gundam stuff (so I googled for an image of Red Comet)
but if I was trying to give a giant robot a finned helm and viral conjunctivitis 
I might instead go with something more like this.
