curious with that much range what is your + heal? I am guessing most of it comes from panaceas and glad nets?

double checked my range i'm getting getting 40% not 49%
Heal Other and AP are both at 151 range (move a few things around I can probably get 160 fairly easily)
1602 hp and 60% global recharge
Why is this still going on?
I thought we established that building an Emp was easy and sacrifices weren't necessary?
