Have you made several purchases from that credit card recently in this game? There is a security feature that they use that will prevent you from buying too many things quickly (within a 24-hour period), so if you have used the same card a couple of times already in a short amount of time, you may have to be patient and try again soon.

You can buy point bundles by logging into account management on the website.

Judging from his 4th post, I think he's either going to be regularly visited by the moderation fairy or just plain ragequit. And I don't think either is a particularly painful loss.

With that spew of gibberish, he expects us to believe he's even been a "computer tech" for 20 years now? Or even an adult?

Actually, that post makes some good points and does demonstrate a degree of technical knowledge. The grammar and punctuation are horrible, though. English may not be his primary language.

No, the difference between "non-native speaker" errors and "just plain lazy/ignorant" errors are pretty obvious. Could be a combination of the two, but the presence of the latter is plain as day. As far as "technical knowledge" goes, not really. Sounds to me more like he copied over details from a spec sheet and regurgitated some pretty easy to find info. He left out some basic info like, say, the type of video card and driver versions, instead only specifying the amount of memory it had.

What Tyger said. His writing reads more like someone struggling to make it through primary schooling (junior high level, maybe) than anyone who is ESL or a computer tech for 20 years. Especially with the tendency to flip out and throw around childish slurs.

ESL writers tend to make grammar or word choice mistakes, but generally their spelling and punctuation are superior to many native users of English.

Actual computer techs (the competent ones at any rate) have a few attributes that the OP doesn't exhibit: A) They ask if the issue they're having is a known issue and if there's a solution, B) They supply detailed, useful info like the exact hardware, software and driver specs, and C) They know to look for and post in a forum intended to address game issues.

Mature adults ask for help first, THEN make a stink if needed. i'm left with the distinct impression the OP was a computer tech years before he was born, which is an impressive feat in the real world. In the game world you can just use time machines, handwavium, or say a wizard did it.
