I see. What you actually mean is that YOU don't care for it.
I have it and I think it's great.

This. Rocket Board was my single favorite thing about I21, detoggles and all.

The tier 7 rewards for /auctionhouse and /vault are pretty great. Accessing WW's from a university or store saves me all sorts of running back and forth. And if I get loaded on salvage in a big mission, just step outside and put it all on the market, or in the vault for later use.

Other than that, the purchasable travel powers (Ninja Run/Beast Run/Rocket Board) are great. I bought the Ninja Pack earlier this year, and love being able to use that extra power pick elsewhere. I still generally end up with Combat Jumping or Hasten, but at least I save the one for SJ or SS respectively. Of course, being able to skip right over the prerequisite powers and grab SJ or SS or Fly or TP at level 6 is nice too.

They ALL float down here. When you're down here with us, you'll float too!

Not entirely true. Reactive Armour (Resistance Set) is expensive on the AH due to it's +Def set bonuses especially the 4 part bonus (1.25% Smash/Lethal .6% Melee), it's the only 'set' I'd actually plan on buying from the market, because while Doctored Wounds is another set I use a fair amount it's not stupidly overpriced. However Steadfast Protection is present on the market (IIRC) and the has the useful -KB and +Def (Unique), so that's nearly a full set.

@OP

For me:

Storage especially the enhancement trays, though not unless they're on sale or reduced somewhat in price.

Ninja Run which as already mentioned looks great if you're carrying a weapon. Beast run I don't like the look of as much. But I dislike the toggle drop on the rocket board which makes what would be a great power annoying. (Power Supression great, toggle drop bad.)

Self res temp, will have a look at hadn't realised it had the invulnerable aspect.

2ndary Mutation is fun.

Personally mostly spend points on XP boosters means I don't have to follow the best path for levelling to level fast (without AE) and can play the way I like yet still level fairly quickly. And with AE level extremely fast if that's what I want.

These appear to be tier 8 rewards, not tier 7.

Hmm, didn't know those were options. I didn't see them last time I checked. those will probably sell.

Do you know how they work if you exemplar below the "minimum" level of the set? Like down to level 1?

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

The set bonuses work down to the lowest level that the set is normally available at. IE, if the "normal" version of the set is available from levels 20 to 40, then the store-bought versions will auto-level between 20 and 40, and the set bonuses stop working at 17.

I'd say the most bang for your buck with Paragon Points would be the various inventory powers. Recipe and salvage enhances value should be obvious, and the extra enhancement trays can have value during full rebuild style respecs.

ANd speaking of respecs, the enhancement unslotters would be of some value in minor tweaks to a build, so that you don't have to respec in some cases.
