Do i need to add more aoe to Street justice? Or is the Sweeping Cross (CONE), Spining Strike (TAoE), and Shield Charge (Teleport AoE, up every 30 seconds) going to be enough for regular play?

If you guys think so I can drop the Mu pool and go another way in terms of the 40 powers.

The build is sofcapped and as close to permahasten as I can get (for shield charge). Have I sacraficed something that I am not thinking of?

Here's a build I made for a friend of mine, some expensive enhancements in there, but seeing as how you have three purple sets going on in your build, I don't think this build will phase you at all.

Also, it's intended more for my friends requests, so obviously I'm just giving it for you to look over for some ideas, rather than outright change your build, but I did replace Initial Strike (with 6 slotted Touch of Death) with Sweeping Cross (with 6 slotted Obliviation) for you, as they both give the same +Melee Defense.

My friend wasn't looking for the BEST OF THE BEST builds, not looking to solo AVs, prefers to team, wants to be survivable, maaaybe farm on some really rare occaission (I've never seen her farm, but I think she just wants to feel like she could if she wanted...which maybe not the best farmer, I think they'd do adequate with this build), and have the concepty powers of LBE and Afterburner.

So for you to look over and pick apart and do with as you will.

Thanks BrandX, I have multiple purple sets and PVP +Defs laying around so Gunna use em up on this toon. Looking at your build already showed me that I missed the +rechage proc in Spining strike.

I see you skipped grant cover. I thought it was needed to cap -def debuff resistance?

any help would appreciate having issue trying to get a good recharge time and good defense/resistance as well. this would allow for perma hasten with a spiritual core. I suppose though still having some pretty good end issues that wold need to find a work around for.

anyone else having issues getting destiny to show up under incarnate in mids, wanted to add ageless to that to see what it would give but it wouldn't show I figure that might fix the issues with endurance. Again though realizing my real gap is for some reason only pulling "average" defense if that out of this..

ok so the more I look over my build, did a bit of tweaking, with phalenex if I can team up and get 3 folks near by that at least pushes me near the soft cap on all positions just shy of it. hopefully shouldn't mis much with all the bonuses to hit.. the real plus will be the speed at which the attacks will recharge and hopefully with the increased damage of 155% from global + against all odds I should be able to take em down quick enough not to die definitely not optimal, Yet I figure it will least be work able once I get the influence for the build.

I am thinking I will go with a cardio for my alpha to start once I get ageless switching the alpha over to spiritual as end definitely still will be tight on this build.

ok I was going to go to bed to actually get some sleep but then I looked over my build realized I was caped already for recharge time ooops , I was able to work it around a little get a bit more end out of the deal via re slotting, and bring up my defense solo to a bit better 37,38,37ish for the positions and decent enough resists, with 3 team mates iwthin P shields range I'll be at soft cap for positional as well.

now I just need to work on an io'ed out build that will least get me by while i earn that any help would be greatly appropriated and any advice on that build and if anything should change as well.

You only have two builders slotted for damage and not enough recharge to chain them properly.
Also, I have to ask about your slotting for Hasten. It is literally the strangest slotting I have ever seen on a power.
Also, you went absurdly overboard on the recharge.
It doesn't take a lot of recharge to achieve the optimal attack chain for a StJ Scrapper and you have blown way passed that. The only thing that recharge is doing for you is shaving a second or so off the recharge of Shield Charge.

Here is a build I toyed with for a while:
The recharge is a lot lower but it can still run the optimal attack chain and with spiritual, is 5s off perma hasten. It has better defense than your build, better DDR, better slotted attacks, it has the Achilles proc and it costs several billion less to produce.

As per Obitus' post in the "Street Justice could be the highest single target DPS set in game when taken by Scrappers" thread, his calculations are pointing at:
Rib-Shin-Rib-Heavy-Crushing-Heavy -> 147.3 DPS, 158.3 DPS w/ RES debuff

I'm certainly not a great expert, but it seems like the set's almost designed to confound the attack chain model, which could be a good thing. The over-abundance of proc options, the quirks of the combo system, the very short RES debuff in Rib Cracker (which is itself a fairly low-DPA attack), and the peculiarities of Combat Readiness all conspire to make over-time calcs difficult.

Used Giant's build as template for this, 1% away for the AoE softcap, decent recharge, decent end use. Shouldn't be crazy expensive at all. Any ideas?

That's actually what I expected to get for an answer. I've been playing StJ all weekend (currently 34...no PL'ing on this toon). Unlike Dual Blades, you don't seem to be as hard pressed to use attacks in a certain combination. I'm also finding END a bit of an issue (I paired it with shield defense) so in long battles I'm somewhat struggling to have enough end for an attack. But overall, I don't feel the same sense of "OMG I screwed my chain" that I have with other builds.

Maybe IO's will suggest a bit more of a consistent sequence. For now...its feels very unstructured which is different for me. Not good, not bad....just different.

I'm not planning on using a chain myself, but I suspect that Shin Breaker->Heavy Blow->Rib Cracker->Finisher of Choice is probably going to be among the top performers, especially if you want the extra damage on the finisher.
