Not sure how this works. I used my FB account to get a code, got it, and applied it. Could not get another one, as expected. Logged into my alt FB account (don't judge me!) to try to get another code for my second account, but I got the same code, which didn't work. . .

You *could* try clearing your browser cache/cookies, as that seems to fix most problems with websites
Just to make everyone aware, just logged in game and they are doing the facepalm emote give away on the City of Heroes FaceBook page
so go get your code on the free giveaway section, already got and applied my code
