Must Fill Out Account/Password to Login Error!

Just as the title says, I am not able to log in. I fill out the Account Name and enter my password and the following message pops up:

"You must fill out the account and password fields to log in to your account!"

So I know this glitched happened about a week or so ago, but I can't find a solution. Is there something I can do or is this on Paragon Studios' end?

Edit: So before I posted, I did do a repair to the game files and I had closed out and relaunched the game several times to no avail, hence my posting. However, as soon as I posted a need for help here and launched the game another time, I was able to log in...

My wife got the exact same thing last night after installing the patch.

She went to Manage Accounts and it asked her some stupid security question like "What hospital were you born in?" She knew the answer but of course it was "wrong" because it isn't like she had ever told NCSoft where she was born. Since she couldn't get past that she wasn't able to try resetting her password. She finally submitted a support ticket via the website somehow and had to sit out SG night - both of us were very sad.

I hope support gets back to her and everyone else having this issue soon.

From what I've seen, logging out to the Desktop and then restarting the game usually resolves this. There are times when it's taken more than one attempt of closing it completely and then relaunching to get it to work.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Shadow said he did that. So did my wife although she didn't try rebooting or attempt to restart more than once. She'll probably try again this afternoon though. Hopefully she'll have an answer from support by then too.

I was advised by a tech assistant (by phone) to go to Master account and change the GAME login password to the SAME one I have been using. This fixed it for me, and have not had a prob since. Other things to try..Do a temp file delete, run the defrag. (I always do this right after a patch/maintainance before entering the game and don't have problems. My puter is very old but is hanging in there well.)

My wife was able to login yesterday afternoon without any trouble and Support helped her get back into her Master account so all seems well. That's not good that people are occasionally locked out for no apparent reason.

This happened to me just now (I was logged on fine yesterday). In my case, restarting the game worked.

One thing I noticed which struck me as interesting is if I typed in a password starting with an upper-case letter (correct or otherwise), I got the message that I had to fill out my account/password. If I typed a password starting with a lower-case letter, I got the message that my account or password was incorrect (which it was in those brief tests).

Now that I've implied my password starts with an upper-case letter, in the interests of security I shall now go and change it to something with a lower case letter. Or will I?

When I updated my support ticket after re-launching the game, I did mention that it should be logged as a bug.
