And if the search was used, this wouldn't(lmao) have been posted for the eleventy bajillionth time. The Devs have and always will turn this idea down. They have said NO! more then enough times. It goes against everything this game stands for.
And before you get into the whole keeping your badges thing, if that is what you are going to try to argue for this, you should have just started a thread to make all of the anniversary badges global.

There's several techniques. Memphis Bill prefers dressing up and using a one handed swing.
While I prefer using a bat and a healthy two handed swing.
There are other techniques as well.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Most likely this has been mentioned before and it if hasnt I'm sure people have thought about it.
Pretty straight forward allow us to purchase a token to respec into a different Primary, Secondary or both. Alot of people have old 50's that would be picked back up again if this was the case, I know many of my 50's would enjoy a change in powers.
And as far as abusing this feature make set a number of days per power 'spec, 30 days or even a one time thing. If their afraid of people specing into FOTM builds or Farm builds people are already doing that anyways and will always do that. Cant stop farming or fotm, mine as well make money off it.
