I don't think you can devastator or the other 2 models that were pulled during beta:

Maybe they'll be re-added as unlockables or purchaseable or free at some point, but there's no way to get them now.

Edit: the three pulled were Shock Rifle, the Shard Cannon, and the Devastator
the shard cannon seems likely unlocked by rularuu but i have not had a chance to test yet

FYI, apparently today's patch notes stated that Shock Rifle and Devastator were now available. But they pulled it from the notes 
Optimistically though that might mean that they may be available for free in a subsequent patch. 
There were other things in the notes that apparently were too soon. So I'm guessing we will see these eventually. Not sure what is up with the Shard Rifle, though.

No, not confused. Confused as to why they put up a new post with the correct notes, but they still have another set where they mention these costume parts.
That's twice they've done this now, and they're also fubared with awarding points, etc. Kind of annoying. The patch note thing really doesn't make sense, they really should not be making mistakes there, let alone the same one twice (and then keeping up the second mistake).

Is there someone with greater search fu that me that know how to get the devastator model for the beam rifle?
Also the 2 other missing models would be nice to know just in case.
