They're in a new location. Check your in-game email, and look for account unlocks.
Open up your e-mail tab. In there are two new categories: account items, and character items. Open up the "Account Items" tab, and all of the claimables are in there.

There's a Claim All button which I quite like but which irks others as it gives you those terrible Sprint powers

Theres a setting in the email options that allows you to hide all unclaimable account items, enable that and you can use claim all again.
