Just a thought, move the character transfer utility to the NC Soft account facility this way not only is it easier to locate it won't have issues with conflicting software.

On today's Ustream, Zwill said the copy tool will be back for I22 testing, but no promises on earlier, and he wouldn't say why it's been broken this whole time and why no one has fixed it.
