Just a thought, move the character transfer utility to the NC Soft account facility this way not only is it easier to locate it won't have issues with conflicting software.

I think the Devs are all sitting around the office, reading this thread and laughing like maniacs at us all right now cause we can't get in, just cause they think it's funny.
Now if things are down for oh say 48 hours then the devs of other MMOs will come and laugh not at us but at the CoX devs. -
